00:00Islamic Studies hosting a one-day workshop on the Indo-Muslim calligraphic heritage and you
00:04all know that this is very important art which had gone to the back side of it because of the
00:08digital technologies. I'm hopeful that this one-day workshop will enhance the upscaling
00:13of our skills of our students as such so that they will learn the art and the other components
00:19of the calligraphy for this one-day workshop wherein they brought the experts from outside.
00:23I wish the other departments like the Persian, Islamic Studies, Arabic and other
00:29even the Urdu for that matter will be part of it and we will be able to imbibe this in
00:33our
00:33routine as such as an add-on course or the skill course so that they will learn the
00:39art of this calligraphic aspect because it has been associated to our
00:43uh societal aspects into our tradition into our literature for centuries together in the both
00:49in India and subcontinent otherwise also. I'm thankful that they have invited me and I'm
00:54hopeful that there will be outcomes after this workshop. Thank you so much.
