00:11people are scared of things they don't know if they get to know more they don't feel like scared of
00:20us
00:40I want to be able to live a fulfilling life
00:57you know you can get knocked down ten times but you have to get back up the 11th time
01:05at night I actually practiced tying my shoes just so I'd be able to do it when I'm in public
01:13she's been through a lot but she handles it really well she's a fighter well done proud of you
01:19I don't think that I am too tall the world is too small
01:42I would say my life is pretty normal you said that making sure that I provide for my family going
01:53to
01:53work hanging out with my friends you know just a normal guy
02:04Mark has macrodactyly an extremely rare condition that affects approximately one in a hundred thousand
02:10people it's made his hands grow to over ten times their normal size
02:18I've had it since I was born and I've learned to adapt using my hands on all of the things
02:26that
02:26I have to do every day macrodactyly has left Mark's fingers and the bones within them massively deformed
02:35having this kind of condition isn't really easy it's like having a rock in your hands
02:41it gets heavy but I'm able to do more than what people expects me to do
02:48I use this part of my finger it doesn't really have that much movement but I use it kind of
02:57so it was a support
02:59and I use this one normal finger that I have to kind of grip to it
03:09someone gives me this watch and then I decided to just say it on my finger
03:15I mean it's it's unique you know it's just become you know part of me if I want to watch
03:22then yeah it's not a problem because I can still rock it you know
03:29I have two big hands and on the right hand I have you know one normal finger in the middle
03:40sometimes calling me best friend because this gets to do most of the heavy lifting
03:45when it comes to gripping things you know picking up things
03:50on my left hand it doesn't have as much as a grip as the right hand
03:54this is as much as how I can close this it's sort of like a support on
03:59everything I do on a right hand
04:15I've been adapting to things ever since I was born
04:19doing things that's normal to people could be difficult for me
04:25ever since third grade I've been tying my shoes
04:30it's kind of embarrassing if you were to ask other kids to do it for you
04:37you know at night I actually practice doing it as fast as I can
04:44just so I'd be able to do it when I'm in public
04:49I guess I just don't want to be treated differently
04:59I get shy all the time whenever I ask for help especially for normal things I just you know
05:05always trying to fit in
05:09be treated as like a normal kid
05:19growing up was tough my parents knew that it will be hard for me and were very supported of me
05:29I get cheese a lot especially for those kids that don't really know me
05:33I mean it can get tough
05:39a lot of people would stare at us whenever we go to public places
05:51those are the moments that it's kind of sad inside
05:55it kind of sometimes crush me in a way that you know my confidence it's kind of get you know
06:03low
06:21my dad passed away when I was 10 years old
06:26I had to work hard and learn to be more independent and to adapt to things
06:36chicken cuya bang adobo
06:38I knew that I have to step up for our family
06:45thank you
06:51a lot of people know me here
06:53this is one of the reasons why I always love to stay here in this community
06:58I never really felt any kind of disrespect
07:02the vibe here is good
07:08let's go
07:11I've been making content for almost two years now
07:44let's go
07:45like an influencer, content creator,
07:47it actually changes their reaction.
07:49They only used to stare at me,
07:51but now when they see me, they ask for like a picture.
07:55They ask for a shout-out at school.
08:04Hi, Daddy.
08:05Hi.
08:06Hi.
08:08Hello.
08:10Go down.
08:11Come here.
08:12Come.
08:12I always want Catherine Ray to have like an impression
08:17that her dad is not struggling,
08:19doing the things that she needs her father to do.
08:23You ready to go to the playground?
08:25Yeah.
08:26You wear your shoes.
08:28And I know my hands are heavy,
08:29so I always try to be careful.
08:31I help you wear your shoes, okay?
08:33Hey, baby.
08:34When I'm helping her put on her shoes,
08:38I make sure that my grip wouldn't be as hard
08:41and that she wouldn't feel the weight of my hands
08:44when I'm holding her.
08:45They wait for me.
08:46I don't think she knows how unique my condition is.
08:51She just knows that I have very big hands
08:55because she likes to cuddle with it a lot.
08:58Are you excited?
09:00Even though my hands are big, I mean, it has its advantages.
09:03If she's napping, I use my hands to serve as like her pillow.
09:08Wherever it goes to the playground,
09:11because parts of my hands are soft.
09:14Sometimes I also use it as like an umbrella, you know?
09:18I hope that when Catherine grows up,
09:21she'll become proud of her father,
09:24of how I take care of the family.
09:34I hope that she doesn't shy away
09:36from the fact that I'm her father.
09:39Boss!
09:40Boss!
09:40Boss!
09:41Boss!
09:41Boss!
09:41Boss!
09:42Boss!
09:43Boss!
09:54Boss!
09:55Boss!
09:55Boss!
09:55Boss!
09:55Boss!
09:56Boss!
10:02Boss!
10:10Boss!
10:12Boss!
10:13Boss!
10:16When social media started to rise, you had to upload your picture.
10:20At first, I only show my face.
10:23There could be girls that would be interested on me,
10:27but then their feelings changed when they saw my hands.
10:31So there's a time where I decided to just put my whole body on the internet and just be me.
10:38All of a sudden, I saw a friend request from July.
10:43That's when he started our conversation into a much deeper level.
10:51And then after a couple of days, that's when I asked her to meet and go on a date.
10:57Our first date, can you just remember that?
10:59Yeah. I asked you on a date and then before you even said yes, I'm already outside your house.
11:06Yeah. My first impression was, of course, he's very handsome.
11:12Also very curious about his condition.
11:16But I didn't want to ask questions about it.
11:19I want him to tell me everything himself.
11:22Yeah, I got more nervous when I first met you because you're even prettier in person.
11:31And at the same time, I wasn't sure how you'll react when you'll see me, especially in a public place.
11:40I mean, you'll see other people staring at me and I'm sure you're not, you know, used to it.
11:46I think that's what I really like about you as well because it just made it feel like a normal
11:51date, even though, you know, I'm kind of unique.
11:54I was wishing at that time that people would not notice him.
11:58But now my way of dealing with the situation is just to keep on talking to him.
12:04So I wouldn't mind the people being, you know, near us or behind us looking at him.
12:09I just feel like you were really, you know, meant for me because you actually encourages me to be more,
12:18you know, confident.
12:20That's so sweet. Do you like this?
12:22No. You massage me later at night.
12:26Don't say that.
12:32He loves putting his hands on me.
12:35I'm really worried.
12:36What I just know is that it's getting heavier.
12:40And then I'll just say that your hands are getting heavier.
12:43And just say that, no, it's not.
12:46It's just the same.
12:50When his hands are getting big, there's possibly that it can lead to a cancer or a tumor.
12:57I feel very scared because, you know, we love him.
13:01And we need him here in the family and in the future.
13:12What I'm trying to check, is there, like, a tumor that's causing your hand to become bigger?
13:19I may be recommending amputation surgery if one of his digits is non-functional and is impeding his everyday life.
13:40Come here.
13:41Come here.
13:42Come here.
13:42Hey, hey, hey.
13:43Mark has macrodactyli, a rare condition that causes his hands to grow abnormally large.
13:49So yummy.
13:51Look really, oh.
13:54Geez.
13:54Wow, big bite.
13:58You know, lately, I've been noticing that your hands is getting heavier.
14:03You know?
14:04You notice it?
14:06Yeah.
14:06I feel like it's kind of getting big.
14:10For me, it's, I don't really feel that way.
14:14I think he's worried that if he's gonna see a doctor, they might find something bad.
14:21I saw online about macrodactyli.
14:24And they said that people with, like, that condition might have some problems with the skin, like a tumor, cancer,
14:33something like that.
14:34So I'm just a little bit worried about that.
14:38When was the last time you get yourself checked out?
14:41It was a long time, actually.
14:43What was that?
14:44It was, I guess, seven years old.
14:46Mm-hmm.
14:47Yeah, it was, it was a very long time, yeah.
14:49Yeah, yeah, what was it about?
14:51The specialist told my father, they can do surgery, but then, in worst cases, you know, I won't be able
14:58to use it.
14:59And, you know, it's gonna be, like, amputated.
15:06When I heard that, I didn't want to go through with the surgery, or go to the doctor again after
15:14that.
15:14When you have a kid, the top priority should be the health of the parents, because we are the one
15:21who will, you know, take care of our daughter and our future kid.
15:26So, yeah, I think it's the best for us, for the family, for you to go to the doctor and
15:31get yourself checked.
15:35It's something that I've been avoiding, because we just wanna have good hopes that everything would be great in the
15:43future.
15:44One of my worries is not being able to do the things I can do right now.
15:51Right now, my priority is my daughter, as well as July.
15:56And I don't wanna be in a situation where they're gonna have to, like, take care of me.
16:01And I think I owe it to them to know more about this.
16:05Yeah.
16:07Oh, big bite. Cheers.
16:09Big bite. Cheers.
16:18Yes, love. Are you done?
16:20Yeah. Can you put my earrings?
16:22Sure. Where is it?
16:24Yeah.
16:29So, how are you feeling going to the hospital?
16:32I mean, I'm kinda nervous, but it's for us, right?
16:44I'm nervous on, you know, what's gonna happen.
16:50I'm very nervous. Hopefully, there's no problems with the hands, and there's no tumor or cancer, or something like that.
17:04Hi, Doc.
17:05Hi, good afternoon.
17:07Hi, good afternoon.
17:08Hi, good afternoon, bro.
17:08Dr. Ongpo.
17:09Yes.
17:11Let's go here.
17:13Thank you, bro.
17:17Okay.
17:17Is it okay? I take a look at the air.
17:19So, we'll start with your right first, okay?
17:21So, can you flex this finger for me?
17:24Yeah, flex.
17:25Only up to that.
17:26How about this one?
17:27This specific joint, can you flex it?
17:29No.
17:30No, it's okay.
17:31I'll take a look at your wrist.
17:34Can you flex this finger for me?
17:37Alright.
17:38Flex the whole finger.
17:39This one, this.
17:40Alright.
17:41Okay.
17:41Straight, this one.
17:42This one.
17:43Alright.
17:44Can you flex this one?
17:47Alright.
17:48That's good.
17:48This one.
17:51Okay.
17:52This one.
17:54Okay.
17:54This one.
17:55And then this one.
17:56Okay.
17:57And then the past few years, did you notice it to become bigger?
18:01Kinda, yeah.
18:02I mean, as I grow older.
18:04Usually, macrodactyly happens in either the left side or the right side.
18:09And it usually involves just one digit.
18:12But for Mark, both his hands are quite large.
18:15Although, one is larger compared to the other one.
18:19His macrodactyly usually affects only up to the wrist.
18:21Mark's forearm, his arm is quite large.
18:25So, it means that his macrodacty is quite different compared to the usual macrodacty that we see.
18:31Recent or unexpected growth patterns are a warning sign for Dr. Rochelle.
18:36So, what I'm trying to check is if your hand is becoming larger because of fats accumulating on your digits
18:45and on your palm.
18:46Or is there like a tumor that's causing an enlargement like the tumor that's growing that's causing your hand to
18:53become bigger.
18:55But another concern is that the fatty infiltrates could also infiltrate the nerve in this area.
19:02Once that nerve is compressed, it can actually cause a decrease in sensation of these three fingers and this half
19:09of the digit.
19:10There are times where I sleep at night that sometimes it cannot build.
19:13You feel that there's some pain, tingling pain in these three digits or in this area.
19:21Yeah, yeah. So, that is actually a symptom of nerve pressure most.
19:26But if it's not that severe, then you can just observe it for now.
19:30He's feeling pain on his hands some nights and he never told me about it.
19:35Why did he tell me that?
19:37When you have a partner, you have to share all the things bigger.
19:42In case though, if there's like a fat infiltrate, was it like a surgery kind of thing like to last
19:48in the file?
19:48Yes, correct.
19:49What we do is we want to debulk it. We want to remove the fan that is compressing the nerves.
19:55That's why I was asking if you did notice that your hands are bigger.
20:00Do you feel like it's memorizing?
20:03Yeah, it's progressed.
20:04Kind of.
20:05This, yeah.
20:05Because when Ezra Damladi will put his hands on me, I feel that it's really sadier.
20:13Yeah.
20:13Yeah.
20:14So, if you feel that your hand is growing, then there's a chance that you could still heal bigger.
20:22There are two types of nacedactivity.
20:24So, there is what they call the static nacedactivity, meaning that the size of your hand right now won't change
20:30over time.
20:32Mm-hmm.
20:32And then there's the progressive type of nacedactivity, wherein the size of your hand right now could actually become bigger
20:40as tiny as a spot.
20:43What we want is to get an x-ray, as well as an MRI, just to see if it's becoming
20:49progressive or static type of macrodactyly.
20:53We just don't want to assume based on what we can see.
20:57Can you flex from there? Can you extend this?
20:59Dr. Rochelle's primary focus is to determine if Mark's macrodactyly is the more serious progressive type.
21:07Thank you so much.
21:08We want to check any neurologic symptoms that is causing him any dysfunction.
21:15So, I may be recommending amputation surgery if one of his digits is non-functional and is impeding his everyday
21:22life.
21:24Right now, we're just waiting for the test, but I'm hoping it's not the progressive type of macrodactyly.
21:31She explained that as I grew older, some of my fingers may not move because of the fat that's building
21:41up inside.
21:43You know, there's a risk where I won't be able to use my hands.
22:01I'm sending Mark now for his x-rays and MRI so that we can find out the reason why his
22:06hands are getting larger.
22:11I'm really worried about this progressive macrodactyly where it just keeps on growing that could prevent the function of my
22:23hands.
22:24It'll be four days until test results are ready to determine the cause of Mark's new growth.
22:30A tense wait for them all.
22:32I couldn't imagine getting that news without Jelai by my side.
22:38She's always there to support me.
22:40Whatever happens, we have each other.
22:43I do believe that this is not only for you, it was for your family as well.
22:48Because I know that you love us and we do love you also.
23:00Basketball is really my fashion.
23:04I've been playing on this court since I was a child.
23:07I'm able to exercise, be with my friends, at the same time having fun.
23:15If I ever had a situation where I can't really handle the heaviness of my arm,
23:21the thought of not being able to play basketball is kind of sad.
23:25But my family is also, you know, one of the most important things for me.
23:30And there is a risk that I may not be able to take care of my family.
23:41Probably once or twice a week.
23:45The friends that I usually play are the ones that I grew up.
23:51I saw Mark Magali Magaro.
23:53Wala kasing shooting, may lay-up, may defesa.
24:30We're in Ongpin right now.
24:31This is where we actually go to buy jewelry.
24:37And I'm really wanting to buy Jelai, a little gift.
24:41Just to appreciate her support.
24:43You know, being such a great mother and partner.
24:47Hi, Ate.
25:15Hi, Ate.
25:16Hello, Sir.
25:22Thank you, sir.
25:24Thank you, sir.
25:25Thank you, sir.
25:27Thank you, sir.
25:43She is really looking forward to it.
25:45Especially that ever since our daughter was born, we never really have like a formal date.
25:54I'm gonna give her a little gift.
25:56I hope that she will like it.
25:58It is a token of appreciation for her supporting me.
26:06This is the only shirt that I have.
26:08The good thing about it is that the fabric they use are stretchable, which my hands could fit.
26:16Growing up, that's always been one of my worries, being able to wear the clothes that I want.
26:23Shelly, she said that she likes this shirt.
26:26So yeah, I'm wearing it for this date.
26:28When I bought on my shirt, I always use this by my best friend here.
26:34My middle finger.
26:37And yeah, just use the other finger to kinda, you know, just back it up.
26:44This Valentine is different because we have just gone to the doctor and getting that news is a big deal.
26:52Especially for our future.
26:57If it's hard for me, I know that sometimes it's also hard for her.
27:03And yeah, I think she really deserves this.
27:08When we went to the doctor, he said that some nights he's feeling a little pain on this part of
27:14his hands.
27:15And he never told me about it.
27:16I think sometimes he's hiding his pain because he is a type of person who's very independent.
27:23Wow, he looks nice.
27:25He looks nice too.
27:26And he wants to face some challenges and do the things alone, by himself.
27:39Wow, wow!
27:41Thank you!
27:45I like the view here.
27:47Yeah, it's great.
27:48I'm glad that, you know, we were able to go to this kinda place.
27:53You really deserve it.
27:56Yeah.
27:57I'm very thankful.
27:58Yes.
27:58It was a very lovely thing.
28:03Is he gonna propose to me right now?
28:05No, no, no.
28:08Yeah, by the way, you're funny always.
28:13Like I said, I really appreciate you, you know, on what you do with our family everyday.
28:19But it is not a proposal.
28:20But yeah, this is just a little gift.
28:22You open it.
28:27Aww.
28:29That's your ring.
28:30Like the infinity ring and also the necklace.
28:34So it's a small flower.
28:36It reminds me of you when we first met.
28:39You were just a small flower then.
28:42And right now you're much more stronger.
28:46And I wouldn't want you to feel bad about what's gonna happen because, you know, I'm always here for you.
28:52And I do feel the same.
28:54Do you want me to put this on you?
28:55Yeah.
28:57If the result came and I have the progressive macrodaculi, then most likely it could get hard.
29:06In a way that I won't be able to do the things that I love to do with my family
29:12anymore.
29:12But at the same time, the knowledge of it, knowing it sooner would, you know, give me more reason to
29:20work hard for my family.
29:25Hey, it looks great.
29:26It really fits you.
29:28Really?
29:29I think it's nice.
29:32You're welcome.
29:32You deserve it.
29:34This is, you know, for both of us tonight.
29:39I mean, we wish Ray Ray was here, but, you know.
29:44It's a day off.
29:45It's our rest day, I guess.
29:47We deserve it both.
29:49I love you, my love.
29:50Love you.
29:54I just want to say something.
29:56When we went to the doctor, you told me that there's some nights that you're feeling, you're feeling in pain.
30:05And I just want to say that we're a partner in this.
30:09And I really want you to tell me everything, you know, whenever you feel in pain.
30:15I just want you to be honest with me and tell me everything about it.
30:19Yeah.
30:20I know that we can get through this together.
30:24Mm-hmm.
30:25Yeah, I know.
30:27At the end of the day, we're still a pain.
30:29And I believe that we can get through this together.
30:34That's already a win for me.
30:36I guess because whatever happens on that result, I know that July got my back.
30:42And we can deal with it together.
30:45Being able to talk heart to heart, it just makes me feel complete.
30:52You know, July is always there to, you know, support me.
30:55It's a great thing.
30:59It's really amazing.
31:00If you want to know your math, math app.
31:03I love the flowers and Mars gift, which is the necklace and the ring that I'm wearing.
31:11I love everything.
31:14We don't know yet on what, you know, the MRI or the X-ray results is, but whatever, you know,
31:22the result would be, I know Jella is always there to help me and always there by my side.
31:34Is there a chance it could be like a cancerous?
31:46We're going to go see Dr. Rachel for the results of the MRI and the X-rays. I know that
31:54my family is worried. Me, myself, I'm worried about it. I know that this condition, it's been hard since I
32:02was little. And now that I'm older, it could get harder.
32:09If my hands are getting bigger, I'm worried that in the future, I won't be able to support my family.
32:20I'm worried about having the progressive type of macrodactyly, because if that happens, then he needs to go on a
32:30surgery.
32:31We're just hoping that it is static and it's not getting heavier and bigger.
32:48Hello, Cole. Hi, Kosta.
32:52Hi, Bayo. Ilan taong ka na?
32:55Seven.
32:56Seven?
32:58Anong halit, malo?
33:00Awag naman sa'kin ng makaraplasi ko, Erin.
33:03Erin? Ganda nung pangalan mo, Erin, eh.
33:07Unlike Mark, it affects only one of his fingers.
33:10Anong grade ka na?
33:12Eight.
33:13Who?
33:13Grade to na?
33:46Good, son.
33:50Digital.
34:13It's great that I was able to meet him.
34:16I hope I could be an example for him.
34:21I've gone through a lot.
34:23And I was able to endure it.
34:26I'm honored to be the one to show him that, you know, he can still do what he wants to
34:31do in his life.
34:38Hi, Mark.
34:39Hi.
34:39I have your results already, so maybe you can take a look at your results in our grade.
34:43Yeah, kita.
34:50So what we'll do is, I'll show you the x-rays, and then I'll give you a generalized idea of
34:56what you're given.
34:57Okay?
34:58What I want to show you first is the x-rays of your hand.
35:02This is what a normal hand x-ray usually looks like.
35:05Besides the size of the phalanx or the finger, you can see that they're curved.
35:10They're angulated.
35:11It's because of the fatty infiltration on the finger.
35:16So like your wrist, it also somehow changed how your bone looked like.
35:23So it's like your bone adapted to the weight of the finger.
35:29And then this one, the x-ray on your lip.
35:32So you can see that the fingers are larger.
35:35What's surprising is this metacarpal is smaller compared to the other metacarpal.
35:40I think this one is, I think I kind of consider this normal too.
35:44Yeah, and this one, it's somehow dislocating already because of the weight of the finger.
35:51Okay?
35:52This could be also the reason why it's hard for you to move the fingers.
35:56Your joints have also started to become blocks, meaning it's starting to lose its normal position with the other bones.
36:05So you can't really properly flex or extend your fingers.
36:12Is there a chance it could be like a cancerous?
36:15At least what's good about the MRI and the x-rays is that the tumors that we're thinking about,
36:21there are no signs of any soft tissue tumors, bony tumors, those scans.
36:26It's more of really pointing, everything really points towards a macrodactin.
36:33With the cancerous tumors ruled out, Dr. Rochelle can focus on diagnosing the precise nature of Mark's macrodactyly.
36:42You have a subtype of macrodactyly that is concentrated on a specific nerve territory.
36:49So in your case, it seems like you have a macrodystrophia lipomatosa subtype of macrodactyly.
36:56That subtype is quite rare.
36:58I'm not mistaken, at least one in a million.
37:01So a very rare subtype.
37:03Specifically for you, since both your upper extremities are in the bulb.
37:07So usually, the macrodystrophia lipomatosa is more common in the lower extremities.
37:12Like in feet?
37:14In the feet.
37:17I just have a question.
37:18Can we really know if that type of macrodactyly is a progressive or static?
37:25So based on the x-rays and MRIs, we can see that Mark has a progressive type of macrodactyly.
37:58But how can we even say that it is getting baked off?
38:01So we'll measure it.
38:03I'll take a record of it.
38:04And then in six months, we'll just also measure it again.
38:08But it's like a slow-growing progressive type.
38:11Meaning it could change a few millimeters every year, two years, like that.
38:17Yeah, because I'm 30 years old now and compared to the lips.
38:20So it's not like in a week or in a month's time, it would be double in size.
38:25It's not something like that.
38:26The macrodactyly type that you have, it won't grow fast.
38:29If you're functional, you have no symptoms.
38:33I don't see that you would have any added benefit from us doing a surgery.
38:44This is a great news for us because, yes, it is progressive, but it is not something that
38:50we should be worried about.
38:53Hearing all of that is great.
38:55I mean, at least right now, we are now at ease knowing that he is well and fine and that
39:01he doesn't need to go on a surgery and that he can go on with his life, be with his
39:09family
39:10every day.
39:14I remember back when I was seven years old, my dad told me that you could have surgery,
39:19but there's still a chance that you can use your hand.
39:22And, you know, I remember being a kid hearing my hands are getting amputated.
39:27I'm like, nah, let's just go home.
39:29Really devastating as a child to hear those things.
39:32So maybe it's a good thing that he didn't have the surgery when you were young.
39:36And my dad gave me the choice.
39:38I think that's the good thing.
39:39It was a good decision.
39:41In the future, if ever he has symptoms, he should know what to watch out for, when to alert
39:48or when to contact me when he has symptoms, and then he can perform the surgery when he
39:53had the symptoms.
39:55I think now I sleep very well at night.
40:01Thank you, dog.
40:02Bye, bye.
40:03Finally, now we can relax and enjoy this moment as a family.
40:10What's happening with Mark's hands is a miracle.
40:13He can manage any bad symptoms.
40:22This week has been a roller coaster of emotions, not knowing the test results.
40:28But yeah, I'm glad that it turned out well for him and for us.
40:33I've learned a lot through the journey of finding out what my condition is.
40:40I became more open on telling how I feel.
40:44It's pretty hard dealing with having this condition.
40:48And knowing Jella is there for me makes me even stronger.
40:53I want cookies.
40:55You want cookies?
40:56Okay, I'll buy you cookies.
40:58I want cookies.
40:59I think this whole experience make us a lot stronger as a couple.
41:04Right now, we can focus on more important things like having another kid, maybe.
41:10Yeah?
41:11How many?
41:12Gang, nine.
41:13Because we're making a tip.
41:15Yeah, maybe not too much.
41:16Just a little bit of four or five for now, I guess.
41:19Yeah.
41:21No giggle.
41:22No giggle.
41:24No giggle.
41:25No giggle.
41:25No giggle.
41:27No giggle.
41:27No giggle.
41:28No giggle.
41:28No giggle.
41:28No giggle.
41:28No giggle.
41:29No giggle.
41:29No giggle.
41:30No giggle.
41:30No giggle.
