00:00Meanwhile, we have solidarity initiatives all over the world, here in Mexico City, in the USA, Canada.
00:09But we want to go to Andalusia, Spain.
00:11A collection center is gathering resources to send to Venezuela or corresponding there.
00:19Sergio Rodriguez, he's in Andalusia, and that's what he has to say.
00:25In response to the consequences of the earthquakes that hit Venezuela,
00:29thousands of people are mobilizing at various points across Andalusia.
00:33At collection centers, dozens of volunteers are sorting medicine and medical supplies.
00:38In Karna, he dedicates hours to organizing each box to ensure that the aid arrives in the best possible condition.
00:45For now, we are organizing the medicine boxes, putting them in alphabetical order,
00:50and separating the expired ones from the ones that are still good, so we can send them to Venezuela.
00:56Boxes filled with painkillers, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, wound dressing materials,
01:02and surgical supplies line the headquarters of solidarity with Venezuela.
01:06Hundreds of families have responded to the collector's call.
01:10It is necessary to support Venezuela during this difficult time.
01:14We saw several places accepting donations, and we decided to come here.
01:19We're bringing gloves, masks, medicine, gauze, dressings, hydrogen peroxide, and iodine.

01:31The citizen response continues to grow.
01:34Entire families arrive with bags full of medicine and health care products,
01:37motivated by images of the earthquake.
01:42People come with their bags, eager to hand over the medicine.
01:49Usually, they are medicines that they have at home or have collected from others.
01:56Once the aid is sorted and packed, it is prepared for air transport to Caracas.
02:01There, humanitarian organizations and partner entities will distribute the supplies to hospitals
02:07and health care centers, treating those affected by the emergency.
02:13Right now, we are packing and sorting different types of medical supplies.
02:18The company that will ship the supplies by air is coming to pick them up today.
02:23Today, we sent 350 kilos through the company.
02:28Within 48 to 72 hours, they will send the rest by air to Venezuela.
02:33Their two key entities will distribute the supplies to the respective hospitals.
02:39Boxes full of hope are piling up at collection centers.
02:43The first tons of solidarity are already setting off from southern Spain toward Venezuela.
02:48Solidarity with Venezuela is growing in the wake of the earthquakes that left thousands injured.
02:53For this reason, thousands of people are continuing to stockpile medicine to send to the Latin American country.
