00:00Fear. Fear of losing something important because we do not know what really is important.
00:06We just do not know who we are and where we are.
00:09So anything that comes to us we keep it.
00:11Some of the things that appear immediately important are kept in the foreground.
00:17Some of the things that do not appear immediately important are kept in the background.
00:23But nothing is sent to the junkyard.
00:26The saint knows what is essential and what is not.
00:30Therefore the saint finds it very easy to not stuff his consciousness.
00:34His consciousness is light and clean.
00:36If you will ask him what is going on in your mind, he will say not much, never much.
00:41Even the basement of his consciousness is clean.
00:44Not merely the drawing room of the house, even the store room.
00:49Everything is clean of clutter.
