00:19He said both parties continue to cooperate on the ground in Bukit Gepong and Bukit Pasir

00:24and that regular discussions are held with PAS counterpart Mahfudz Mohamad.

00:29Sahruddin insisted that grassroots cooperation in several constituencies remain intact

00:34despite PAS's reported move to sever ties with Bersatu.

00:38He expressed confidence that PAS's hardcore supporters in Bukit Gepong will not back Barisan Nasional

00:44citing long-standing ties between PAS and Bersatu supporters in the area.

00:50Sahruddin faces a three-cornered fight in his defence off Bukit Gepong

00:54but is looking to retain the seat with a higher majority.
