Senate is ready for VP Sara impeachment trial, Gatchalian says

"We're very prepared. Handa na tayo."

Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian said on Tuesday, June 30, that the Senate is fully prepared for Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial, which starts on Monday, July 6.

Gatchalian noted that physical inspections and final arrangements are ongoing, and both the prosecution and defense will be given time to check their designated areas this week. (Contributed video via Dhel Nazario | MB)
