00:42hard you know because now i'm i'm a parent and to imagine a parent doing that to a child
00:51that's just like like it's unbelievable i don't know how people can do that
00:56what i want to tell people is that like you're not broken you're worthy and you are loved
01:03and the number one thing that i want to teach my kids is to love themselves and to know that

01:10are worthy because i don't want them to suffer from depression the way i did because of my circumstances
