00:00The Supreme Court just affirmed your right to fire the heads of independent agencies.
00:03Should we expect more fire as a result of this ruling?
00:07I don't think so. It gives me the right, and not me, it gives a president the right to do
00:11what the president should have, the right to do.
00:13And it's very interesting, it's a big ruling, it's been going on for almost 100 years they've been working on
00:20this.
00:20And, you know, it comes down to my term as a very great honor, but it bestows additional powers, or
00:27maybe the same power on the president.
00:28The president has the right to do this, and that has to do with a lot of agencies all throughout
00:33the system.
00:35So it's considered, you know, the biggest of the group.
00:39And I can understand that this has been going on for almost 100 years they've been waiting for this decision.
00:45Yes?
00:45Thank you, Mr. President. You were posting about how important it is to get the Save America Act passed.
00:49Who do you see as the biggest hurdle to getting this across the finish line?
00:53Well, it's held up in the Senate, and frankly, if you terminated the filibuster, you just need 50 votes, and
01:00we have 53, and then you have J.D.
01:05So the Democrats are going to terminate the filibuster.
01:08But if you did reconciliation, you could do it with 50 votes.
01:13I mean, the best would be to terminate the filibuster, but for some reason.
01:16But you have the same basic people.
01:18But even Rand Paul is in favor of the Save America Act, if you can believe it.
01:22Think of it. Rand Paul is strongly in favor. He's fighting for it.
01:26So that's good news. But you would have Lisa McCaskey, always against things like this.
01:36Nobody knows why. I think I know why.
01:38But you have Lisa McCaskey, you have Susan Collins, you have Tillis, who's against.
01:46And he's not in office because of me, so he hauls me, you know, because I wouldn't endorse him.
01:51I think you have Senator Cassidy against it, too.
01:55And I think you have Mitch McConnell against it, too.
01:58Mitch McConnell, who's very disloyal to John Thune.
02:01You know, John Thune was a very good person for him.
02:05I mean, he was a very loyal person, and Mitch McConnell's against him almost all the time
02:10because he's angry, I guess, probably at me.
02:14He meant to wearativism.
02:14And you don't have no tension in love, it doesn't matter to his character.
02:14I heard him once more meaning.
02:15I Kapsted didn't have no tension in love.
