When Madison George learned she was pregnant with her second child, she was "overwhelmed with emotion." Even though she and her husband, Kirk George, were thrilled to be having another baby, she was also "nervous" and "upset" because her due date was just a few days after her sister Elizabeth "Liz" Roberts' wedding. "I actually calculated it before I called my doctor and I was like, 'You have got to be kidding me,' " Madison, 31, tells PEOPLE. "We were obviously very excited that we were going to be having a baby, but at the same time, this is arguably the biggest day of my sister's life to date. And to know that there was a possibility that I wouldn't be there was definitely scary." The moment Liz, 28, was told the news, she accepted the reality that her matron of honor might miss her special day, but Madison tried to reassure her, vowing: "As long as I'm not in labor, I'm going to be there."
