00:00I think in the case of Enzo Marasca, it's a different situation because Enzo is a known
00:05individual and a known manager, someone that has been part of this club, part of the success
00:11of the club, someone we all know very, very well.
00:15He knows us very, very well, he's been part of this family, he was part of the academy
00:20with the success of the academy, and then he was part of the treble winning team, one
00:24of the most important teams in the history of this club.
00:27So, Enzo is very known to us, and we've always been, I would say, very, very attracted by
00:37his football, by his mind, by his humanity, he's another very, very special individual.
00:44And we've seen him evolve as a manager, he doesn't shy away from the challenge, from taking
00:49on Leicester to, obviously, then taking an important club in Chelsea and winning some
00:57important trophies.
00:59So, Enzo, I think, is an excellent fit for the team.
01:02He comes from that school of thought.
01:05He's one of, obviously, Pep's assistants at one point in his career.
01:09So, definitely, he has a lot of, he will tell you, he's going to take in a lot of inspiration
01:13in the philosophy of Pep, and you see that in his football, and I think the fans will
01:18appreciate him as a manager, as his football philosophy, his football, and how the team
01:25is going to perform and go from strength to strength with Mariska's leadership.
01:31So, I think it will be a great addition to the team.
