00:13according to CNBC. Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought made the request
00:18in a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson. The proposal includes $21 billion for the
00:24Department, $1.4 billion for the Ebola response, and $768 million for the Energy Department
00:31for nuclear and energy security. Vought also requested $10 billion for farmers, $500 million
00:37for projects in Washington, and $1 billion to renovate Penn Station in New York City.
00:42The request drew immediate opposition from congressional Democrats and would require
