Demo: The Fundamentals of Illustrator for Technical Drawing

An introduction to using Illustrator CS4 to draw shapes on top of a PSD image template. The demo covers the basics of the pen tool, the Layers palette, the scissors tool, and joining open endpoints to create closed paths. In other words, it covers the fundamentals of producing clean and accurate shapes for technical drawing in Illustrator.
