00:30Do we agree on everything? Absolutely not.
00:34Do we have discussions around things? Absolutely.
00:37And those discussions are the things that end both of us getting to a place where we can make a
00:43good decision.
00:44And not agreeing on everything shouldn't be, you know, seen as a divide between me and Brendan.
00:56You are allowed to have discussions. You are allowed to have disagreements.
01:00But I feel like you need to get those things out there to each other to end up being in
01:05a place where you can make a good decision.
01:07But me and Brendan, our relationship goes beyond him being captain, me being captain and him being coach.
