00:00Pusibling magsabay-sabay sa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility ang dalawang bagyo at banta ng Habagat bukas.

00:07Unayin natin ang Bagyong Francisco, na huling namataan ng pag-asa, 325 kilometers east-northeast ng Itbayat, Batanes.

00:16May lakas ang hangin na 120 kilometers per hour at bugso nga abot sa 150 kilometers per hour.

00:22Patuloy ang paghina nito habang kumikilos pahilaga.

00:26Ngayon man, nakataas pa rin ang wind signal number one sa Batanes.

00:30Sa forecast track, pusibling nang lumabas ng PAR bukas ng hapon o gabi ang Bagyong Francisco.

00:36Pero pagsapit ng gabi, nasa namang papasok sa PAR ang isa pang bagyo.

00:41Yan ang tropical storm na may international name na Higos.

00:46Kung sakali, tatawagin niyang Bagyong Gardo.

00:49Uli itong namataan ng 1,855 kilometers east of Central Luzon.
