Create Margot Robbie's beauty look with her makeup artist Pati Dubroff and hairstylist Bryce Scarlett.
Transcript
00:00Hi, I'm Patti Dubroff.
00:01I'm Bryce Scarlett.
00:02We are going to show you how to recreate the look
00:05that we gave to Margot Robbie.
00:10Hair, we kept it soft, very full.
00:13Arches and shapes around the face,
00:15very, like, 90s supermodel blowout.
00:17I used a lot of dry shampoo at the roots.
00:19I used the Moroccan Oil Luminous Hairspray throughout
00:22to keep it really piecey and shiny.
00:24We always have a mood board put together for, like,
00:28press tour or a phase that we're going through,
00:30and right now the mood board is all kind of late 80s,
00:34early 90s models.
00:36Some perms, which sounds a little scary,
00:39but the more natural-looking ones that have a lot of, like,
00:41texture to them and really full.
00:44And again, just really, like, focusing on these big shapes
00:47around the face and those kind of, like,
00:48Baywatch babe arches.
00:50I used a 1 1⁄2-inch curling iron,
00:53just kind of gently setting.
00:54I teased a lot of the roots.
00:57Dry shampoo, dry texture spray,
00:59and then the Luminous Hairspray throughout
01:02for pieceyness and shine.
01:04That was basically it.
01:08Moving on to makeup.
01:09You know, when I think of Margo, I think of Golden Girl.
01:12It's all about a pop of gold on the eye.
01:15Everything else is kind of easy, natural tones,
01:18but with a pop, like a piece of jewelry on the eye.
01:20I first use this product, which probably is my favorite thing.
01:24I use all the time.
01:25It's in Chanel, Stile Ombre, and Contour.
01:29And I use that through the crease of the eye to create some depth.
01:34And then I'm just smudging and blending with my finger,
01:36because it really just needs to look like a natural shadow.
01:39So it doesn't have to be so ultra precise.
01:44And then I also use the same pencil along the bottom lashes and on the inner rim,
01:50once again, to just create some natural shadow.
01:54I'm going to use a little dome brush now,
01:56just so I can get a little more smudged and blended.
02:00On top of that, I use a gold cream with a flat brush.
02:06And I swipe that straight across the lid.
02:09Look at that.
02:10It's like a piece of metal that just like showed up on our eyelid.
02:15And then on top of that, I'm using gold powder.
02:21And I'm just pressing it on top of that to make sure that the gold cream is set,
02:27so it has more staying power.
02:29And then the last step for the eye is I'm just taking a little bit of like a taupe-y
02:35eyeshadow,
02:35very matte also, like that first color.
02:38And I'm just giving a little more blend and a little more contour to the crease.
02:44I'm putting a little bit underneath the eye, so the under eye has a little contour,
02:49but I'm not adding more.
02:50I'm just whatever's left on the brush because I don't want it too dark.
02:53Swipe the mascara.
02:55And I definitely did a good amount of mascara.
02:58I wanted the lashes to really stand out.
03:01So yeah, root to tip and then a little wiggle, wiggle, wiggle.
03:06And then I'm going to use a mascara on the bottom lash too.
03:09I also did a bottom lash, but I'm using this comb so I don't have too much product.
03:14And then the lip is a neutral tone because it's really we want all the focus to be on the
03:19eye.
03:19So I'm using this pinky nude tone.
03:26Pretty.
03:27Yeah, I know.
03:28So pretty.
03:28Super glamorous, but pretty easy and soft still.
03:35Yeah, amazing.
03:36Hope you guys like it.
03:37Be happy.
03:39See you.
03:40Bye.
03:40Bye.
03:44Bye.
03:47Bye.
03:48See you.
03:52Bye.
