New figures show tens of thousands of properties sitting unused across the capital. Campaigners and housing experts say more intervention could help bring homes back into use.

00:07The London Assembly has heard there are more than 105,000 empty homes across the capital, making up around 2

00:18That's an increase of 81% since 2016, when around 58,000 homes were recorded as empty.
00:25Campaigners say more action is needed to bring properties back into use, including refurbishment and intervention from City Hall.
