00:09It's a race between Ford vs. Ferrari and Charlie's Angels at the box office this weekend,
00:13and it looks like the film starring Christian Bale and Matt Damon has the inside track.
00:17According to pre-release tracking, the movie, which is also revving up for the Oscar race,
00:21is expected to debut to $20 million or more domestically.
00:25But Disney, which is releasing the 20th Century Fox film, is suggesting somewhere in the high teens.
00:35On the other hand, Charlie's Angels, starring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska,
00:42is tracking for a debut in the mid-teens.
00:44The reboot of the iconic TV series and movie franchise opened 16 years after the big screen sequel,
00:51Charlie's Angels Full Throttle, debuted to $37 million, not adjusted for inflation.
00:56Sony is being more conservative in suggesting $12 to $13 million.

01:21who targets a wealthy widow, played by Helen Mirren.
01:24The film, set in London, is tracking to open in the $5 to $7 million range.
