00:00A note on Caleb Wilson, our friend Ricky O'Donnell of SB Nation
00:03was on the afternoon the other day and said he talked to Caleb Wilson's high school coach
00:06and he logged the most hours watching video on their video platform.
00:11He was the one that was diving in on scouting reports, all of that stuff.
00:15So student of the game is a term we've heard thrown around with him,
00:19but it's not just to say it all the time.
00:21It sounds like there is information to back it up in the work that's been put in before.
00:25Well, Chuck mentioned that he seemed like a brilliant mind
00:28when he had the opportunity to speak to Caleb Wilson.
00:30Very articulate, looked like he wanted to be in that situation.
00:35And the Bulls find themselves in a moment where their franchise is changing,
00:39not just with the EVP, the head coach.
00:42You're having an injection of talent here.
00:44And so do you think it's – because we've had this situation before.
00:48Guys that are coming in young, Kobe White, Patrick Williams, at 19,
00:53they didn't have that same idea where they said to themselves,
00:56I want to be the face of this franchise.
00:58A little bit different for a guy like Caleb Wilson.
01:00Yeah, I think that's what comes with the top four pick, though, too,
01:03certainly in those situations.
01:05And we were just mentioning it like it's crazy how these kids embrace that opportunity
01:10to be that because they understand it's about more than just taking the court
01:13for 82 games, right?
01:15It's every practice.
01:16It's how you eat.
01:17It's how you sleep.
01:18I mean, we've talked about Victor Wimbanyama before,
01:20how he wants to get 12, 13 hours to sleep a night.
01:22So I don't know if that's on Caleb Wilson's map,
01:25but it's certainly reflective of how all these guys view the NBA nowadays.
