00:00I've been with Rochelle for more on tonight's weather forecast.
00:03Thanks, Nisha. Good evening, Trinidad and Tobago.
00:06It's now time for your weather.
00:08We're starting things off with tonight where things are looking party cloudy,
00:13eventually becoming cloudy with moderate showers.
00:16And there is a medium to high chance for heavy showers,
00:19mainly over eastern and southern coastal and near offshore areas of Trinidad.
00:25So if you love the rain at night, you will enjoy that sleep.
00:30So rain tonight, but will there be rain tomorrow?
00:33Well, according to the Met Office, with the passage of a tropical wave,
00:37conditions are expected to be cloudy from overnight until mid to late afternoon.
00:43With rain over varying areas, these showers could become heavy.
00:48Daytime temperatures will be 30 degrees in both islands.
00:52Now, in the event of any shower, look out for gusty winds,
00:56some street or flash flooding in areas so prone
01:00and the risk of landslips or landslides.
01:03Now, moving on to our two-day forecast,
01:05where the next couple of days will give us fair, hazy, breezy to windy conditions
01:10with brief showers nearly near hilly areas during the afternoon.
