00:33The Four Generals, TMNT, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2007.
00:46While 2007's TMNT might not be as lauded as other titles in the Turtles lineup,
00:51it's still got plenty of fun and plenty of challenge. Now, we opted to love the final
00:56battle in the game against the four generals together, since each battle takes place in the
01:00same arena, one right after the other. The generals, Gato, Mono, Serpiente, and Aguila might not be too
01:07bad on their own, but they can actually easily bring the pain as you move from one to the next
01:12quickly. Each general has their own unique attacks and abilities, which means that you need to tap
01:17into other turtles to keep you prepared for anything they throw at you. It can all feel a bit clunky
01:22at
01:22times, but it's still a challenging final battle that will test your TMNT prowess.
01:34Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4, Turtles in Time
01:43The prehistoric battle against this brawny, brash, and spiky turtle might be quite short,
01:48but it's no less challenging. Sometimes the shortest fights are actually the toughest. Slash is difficult
01:54because he is incredibly nimble and can quickly dart about the small boss area with ease, quickly evading
01:59your attacks no matter which turtle you play as. So due to his speed, he often feels inconsistent,
02:05making it actually kind of hard to decipher his boss patterns. The key here though is to track his quick
02:10movements and then lay down a few smacks and hits of your own until his life bar gets whittled away.
02:23Krang, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, The Arcade Game
02:32Whether you are playing the arcade version or the NES version of this game, this lumbering brute will
02:37give you a run for your money, no doubt about it. Sure, he might move slowly around the boss arena,
02:43but his various attacks can stun you and damage you easily if you aren't careful. Plus, the way Krang
02:48tracks your every move means you can barely get away from him despite his slower speed. Oh, and he also
02:53takes a ridiculous amount of hits to actually put down. Good luck.
02:59Krang, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3, The Manhattan Project
03:13This reptilian bozo might look like a goofball, but he's certainly not playing around. As if the sewers
03:19aren't dank and dangerous enough, you now have to contend with Leatherhead himself. He's downright
03:24dangerous as he moves about, thwipping you with his tail swipes and blasting you with shotgun blasts
03:29over and over again with nary a break in sight. It can be so hard to dodge him given how
03:34quick he
03:35is with his attacks. Just never stop moving. Easy, right?
03:43Karai, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighters
03:56Who would have pegged a TMNT fighting game to be super duper challenging? Well,
04:01such is the case here in Tournament Fighters, especially when duking it out against Karai.
04:06This final baddie is no joke. Her relentless AI leaves you little time to react or even come up
04:12with a game plan. She moves quickly, she attacks hard, and she can block your attacks with ease.
04:17Your health bar can deplete without you even knowing it. Only the truly patient and resilient will
04:22survive against Karai.
04:31Super Shredder, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4, Turtles in Time
04:41That's right, it's Shredder, but this time he is super. He's so super and radical that he goes by
04:46Shred now, cowabunga dude. Okay, sorry about that. I had to throw that in there at least once, right?
04:51Seriously though, this Super Saiyan version of Shredder may be a short fight,
04:55but he can easily mop the floor with you as the Statue of Liberty looks on in disappointment at you.
05:01Whether he is zipping around the arena with his teleport-like ability or spamming flame attacks at
05:06you, Shred is here to prove that he is indeed super.
05:16Bebop and Rocksteady, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder's Revenge
05:27Shredder's Revenge might be more tame compared to other past TMNT titles. However, Bebop and Rocksteady
05:34do their very darndest to ruin the Turtles days. While this may not be on the level of,
05:39I don't know, something like Ornstein and Smoog, Smoog, Smoo, Smoogey, we're gonna call him Smoogey,
05:43that's cute, right? When it comes to tag team boss battles, there's still a lot to focus on here,
05:48especially if you are playing through this game solo. Bebop and Rocksteady each have their own
05:52moves, abilities and attacks, with each character constantly moving about the screen. Obviously,
05:58defeating one of them first will give you better odds overall, but it's never really easy to do,
06:02since basically the whole boss battle oftentimes feels like a bullet hell game as they shoot at
06:07you from across the arena. These two best pals may seem like grade A clowns,
06:12but make no mistake about it, they can easily lay the smack down if you aren't careful.
06:24Toca, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 The Manhattan Project
06:33Toca? More like, what a joke, huh? Eh? Eh? Yeah? Yeah, no, that was terrible. I'd see myself out if
06:40I
06:40didn't still have more entries to chat about, so, you know, here we go. All right, all right,
06:44you know what, all silliness aside, Toca is essentially a walking, talking tank. A brutish behemoth
06:49that looks like he would move slowly, but can quickly close the distance with his power walk
06:54and his lunge attack. Seriously, this guy is wild. He takes like a million hits to take down,
06:58and you never know what he's going to do next.
07:09Technodrome Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
07:18A short but painful fight, this one is. Apart from having to deal with the infamously challenging
07:24Technodrome stage itself after this fight, you first have to deal with this tank-like monstrosity.
07:30Seriously, the Technodrome is no joke. Its gargantuan size blended with its electricity attacks,
07:36its projectile attacks, and the fact that tons of goons pop out of it to lay waste to you, means
07:41that you
07:41need to stay nimble and on the defensive at all times. Just try to get a hit in or two
07:46when you
07:47can, and you should hopefully come out as the victor.
07:59Shredder Teenage Mew and Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighters
08:10It honestly kinda feels like Shredder can read your input commands given how intense his AI seems to
08:16be in this game. It almost seems unfair. Almost. April O'Neil has been captured, the Foot Clan are
08:22cheering from the sidelines for Shredder, and Shredder is ready to, well, shred you to pieces,
08:28obviously. He is particularly troublesome in this game, since he swiftly combines jump attacks and
08:33lunge attacks, giving you little to no time to react and plan accordingly. Plus, he seems to block
08:39almost all of your attacks. Persist, however, and you will eventually best this big baddie.
08:55So, what did you think of our picks for this list? Who are the hardest
08:58bosses you have faced off against in TMNT games? Let us know in the comments.
09:04I think I can help you. You see her, the new one!
