00:05And if they don't, what do they do from here moving forward?
00:10I think I'd expect all offense to be on a table walk.
00:13And so they've been down this road to four with Jalen with trade talks.
00:19And so it's not his first rodeo.
00:23But we're not going to know how much communication there's been,
00:26how Jalen's feeling about this.
00:28We'll obviously hear from Brad Stevens tonight about it.
00:32But it's going to be a very interesting 24 hours here
00:35because if something is going to happen with Jalen Brown,
00:38a lot of times if you look at pass-off seasons,
00:39this is when big deals go down on drafting.
00:42And so if there is a subsequent deal, like a couple years ago,
00:45we saw the Celtics tried to trade Malcolm Brogdon as part of a Porzingis trade.
00:51That fell apart.
00:52And then they quickly pivoted to moving Marcus Smart
00:55and replacing that deal in like, you know, six, eight hours later.
01:00So whether there's something lined up like that, I'm not sure.
01:04That surely may have made it easier for Brad Stevens to know like,
01:08okay, we're going to make this offer to the Bucs for Giannis.
01:12And then if they're, well, we're not going to overpay
01:14because we have other alternatives in place.
01:16Or we just know, listen, we have, this is our chance to upgrade.
01:20Like Jalen Brown with a top five, top 10 perennial MVP guy.
01:24They didn't take what we thought was a fair offer.
01:26And we have other alternatives to adjust the roster around Jalen and Jason moving forward.
01:31I'm sure they have to hope that's how Jalen's doing about it
01:34because that's certainly going to help their leverage
01:37for whatever else they're going to do this offseason.
01:39But there's certainly other teams out there that are interested in Jalen Brown
01:43and how that relationship is is going to have a big factor
01:47whether or not, you know, how often those teams are calling in the next week or so.
