00:00Oh my God! What do you want? I'll do whatever you say!
00:04Yep, Ellie Kemper, Titus Burgess, Jane Krakowski and Carol Kane are returning,
00:08and this time you, the viewer, will be in control.
00:11Three months after wrapping Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt's four-season run,
00:15Netflix announced it's teaming back up with creators Tina Fey and Robert Carlock
00:19for an interactive special, similar to the streamer's Black Mirror interactive film
00:24Bandersnatch. On Wednesday, during a Netflix four-year consideration Emmy panel,
00:29Fey said,
00:30We're thrilled to announce that we're about to start production on an all-new interactive
00:34Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt special, set to debut on Netflix in 2020. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt was
00:40one of the first original comedy series on Netflix, and now it will be its first interactive
00:44comedy event. Fans will be able to make choices on behalf of our characters, taking different
00:49story paths with, of course, different jokes. And I think it's a great fit for our show and will be
00:54a
00:54great way to officially complete the series. Fey and Carlock will return to executive produce
00:59alongside Jeff Richman, Sam Means and David Miner. And while they previously hinted that a
01:04Kimmy Schmidt movie would be coming soon, it looks like we now have the answer.
