00:00So like if you want to talk to people, we text them, we message them on social media.
00:04But when we in person meet them, we are very introverted or like we fear to talk to them.
00:10Communication through text appears safer but is also duller.
00:17It does not carry the warmth and liveliness of a face-to-face thing.
00:21And it can become a habit to hide behind text.
00:25Do not let that become a habit.
00:27That habit simply means fear.
00:30Do not protect fear.
00:31And it's not as if texting necessarily saves time.
00:34You can get into an endless exchange of text messages and that can go on for two hours.
00:40There can be instances when text can save time.
00:44Yes, obviously.
00:45So you don't want to go through the entire process of bringing someone up and it's not worth it.
00:49So you simply write two words and get done with it.
00:52That is all okay.
00:53But if a matter can be finished off in two minutes, five minutes, directly by conversing with that person,
00:59either face-to-face or on call.
01:01What is the need to hide behind text?
