00:00Hey, does it strike you as odd that a Broken Rock teenager would be wandering around a truck stop parking
00:05lot in Wyoming?
00:06Who's the kid?
00:08Haley Charlo, a friend of my son's.
00:12Mom reported her missing right after I left tribal police about four months ago.
00:17Missing? Was she run away?
00:20Nobody knows how it goes with a lot of these cases.
00:23Was she alone?
00:25She said she was with her boyfriend.
00:27My son said she wasn't herself.
00:31Underage, out of sorts, at a truck stop across state lines. Could be a victim of trafficking.
00:37Sex trafficking? She's just a kid.
00:42Okay, I get a little nervous when I walk into a room. It's this quiet.
00:46Cowboy may have stumbled on a trafficking case.
00:49It's a girl Tay went to school with.
00:52Tribal police have limited resources.
00:54Be nice to use ours to dig into this. Maybe coax him into asking for assistance.
00:59Look, it's a worthy cause, y'all, but we just caught an assignment, so...
01:05Samuel Lachance, a suspect in multiple homicide cases.
01:10We're going manhunting?
01:12Not quite. The chance is a key witness in a big federal trial up in Helena, so...
01:17We're on protective duty.
01:19Government would rather protect a killer than lift a finger for missing girls.
01:24You don't need five rifles to go babysitting.
01:27Why don't you let us go talk to Haley's mom?
01:30I'm certain she'd appreciate knowing her kids alive.
01:34Hey, look.
01:36You can relay what you saw, but don't represent the badge.
01:39Tread lightly, all right?
01:40Tread lightly, all right?
01:40Good night for κι envelopes.
01:40Let's go.
