The Incredible 2-Headed Transplant is a 1971 science fiction/horror film directed by Anthony Lanza. Starring Bruce Dern, Pat Priest, Casey Kasem, John Bloom and Albert Cole.

Mad scientist Dr. Roger Girard (Bruce Dern) is experimenting with transplanting second heads onto farm animals. When an out-of-control maniac, Cass (Albert Cole), stumbles upon Girard's place, he kills the landlord, injures his dim-witted son, Danny (John Bloom), and seriously hurts himself, as well. Seizing the opportunity, Girard grafts Cass's head onto Danny's body in an effort to save them both. The experiment is successful, but the creation goes mad and wreaks havoc on the countryside.

00:29:31Cass is believed headed for the Sunnyville area of northern California.
00:29:36There, two years ago, he brutally slayed nine men and women.
00:29:53Portion, this man is extremely dangerous.
00:29:56The police warn, if seen, notify your nearest local law enforcement.
00:30:01Kiss me.
00:30:06Oh, God.
00:30:15Oh, Dad!

00:31:58Thanks, you drive around back.
00:32:00I'll be there in a second.
00:32:07Oh, Danny.
00:32:09Hi.
00:32:10Congrats to me for Christmas.
00:32:16You said we could, Daddy.
00:32:19You said we could.
00:32:28Now, I take this and you try and get some sleep.
00:32:34Oh, Roger.
00:32:35Help, poor Danny.
00:32:37I will.
00:32:38Just take this.
00:32:39Okay, please help him.
00:32:40I will, don't worry.
00:32:49Okay, did it go down?
00:32:53Well, you just try and get some sleep.
00:32:55Now, I'll be back in a while.
00:32:58Okay?
00:33:11We can still go.
00:33:14Danny.
00:33:14You said we could.
00:33:17Danny, you can't do anything more for him.

00:33:21I want to stay with my daddy.
00:33:23Danny, come on.

00:33:26No, let go.
00:33:41We're going to have to get Danny away from his dad.
00:33:49I'm afraid the death is completely unbalanced, then.
00:33:53Come on.
00:33:54Come on, Max.
00:33:56Come on.
00:33:58Come on.
00:34:17Come on, let's grab him there.
00:34:20Baby?
00:34:21Baby?
00:34:59You'll be going any minute, there's nothing more we can do.
00:35:11Sometimes we're so helpless.
00:35:13You're wrong, Roger.
00:35:15Don't you realize we have here two perfect subjects?
00:35:20One, a retarded man who's of no use to himself or to anyone else.
00:35:25And here, a homicidal maniac who'll be dead in a few minutes anyway.
00:35:29Well, you're not going to do that to Daniel.
00:35:32Roger, such an opportunity may never come again.
00:35:49I don't know.
00:35:50I don't know.
00:35:59I don't know.
00:36:06I don't know.
00:36:33I'd appreciate it if you and Linda would kind of look after Danny for me.
00:36:46Roger, he's going now. He's legally dead.
00:37:17All right. Go ahead and start the hard pump.
00:37:24Go ahead and start the hard pump.
00:37:41Go ahead and start the hard pump.
00:38:05Go ahead and start the hard pump.
00:38:08Go ahead and start the hard pump.
00:38:08Go ahead and start the hard pump.
00:39:59May God forgive us.
00:40:44They'll be asleep for a few days now.
00:40:47Yes, I know.
00:40:52There's one more thing I have to do before tomorrow morning, too.
00:41:17Oh, Roger.
00:41:19Oh, Roger.
00:41:24Are you okay?
00:41:26Oh, I'm all right.
00:41:28Did the sheriff come?
00:41:30Mm-hmm.
00:41:32How about that man?
00:41:34Oh, the man died of his wound.
00:41:37And the sheriff was here, and I told him that you were arresting, and he told me that my statement
00:41:45would be enough.
00:41:47Oh, it's poor Danny.
00:41:50Well, honey, uh, Danny ran away.
00:41:54Oh, he ran away.
00:41:55Oh, darling.
00:41:56It's all right.
00:41:56We've got to find him.
00:41:57No, no, because you see, he's done it before.
00:41:59He's done it before.
00:42:01Now, I went ahead and sent Max into town, and he's arranging for a decent burial for Andrew.
00:42:40Oh, my God.
00:42:41Oh, my God.
00:42:41Oh, my God.
00:43:07Pulse is okay.
00:43:20Well, it's six days, and I would say that our experiment is a definite success.
00:43:41Roger, telephone.
00:43:43We can't come to the phone now.
00:43:44Find out who it is.
00:43:46I'll call him back.
00:43:47It's Ken.
00:43:52All right, tell him I'll be right there.
00:43:55I'll be here just one again.
00:44:08Yeah.
00:44:09Hey.
00:44:10Roger, how are you?
00:44:11Doctor.
00:44:12Fine, fine.

00:44:14My vacation starts this weekend.
00:44:16Go to admitting please.
00:44:17Right.

00:44:19Oh, yeah.
00:44:20That'd be great.
00:44:22Yeah, no, we'll expect you this Saturday.
00:44:25And I got something really fantastic to show you.
00:44:30Yeah.
00:44:31Okay.
00:44:32Bye.
00:44:37I'm glad he's coming.
00:44:38Or maybe he can keep you out of that for a while.
00:44:41Maybe.
00:44:46Roger, I'm worried.
00:44:48Danny, have we come home?
00:44:49Danny, don't worry about Danny.
00:44:52I know, but just the same.
00:44:54We should phone.
00:44:55I just told you not to worry about Danny.
00:44:57If he's not back in a couple of days,
00:44:59I'll phone the sheriff at the end of the week.
00:45:03Roger.
00:45:07Next week.
00:45:11It's all right, it's all right.
00:45:12Just lay down, lay down.

00:47:06I'm your brother.
00:47:07I don't have a brother.
00:47:10You do now.
00:47:11I don't like it any better.
00:47:13Until we can do something about it,
00:47:15I'm running as much, understand?
00:47:19Oh, my neck hurts.
00:47:21My neck hurts, stupid.
00:47:23Don't you see what these maniacs have done to us?
00:47:28Stop jerking around.
00:47:31You and I are now one, dummy.
00:47:34I'd stand up.
00:47:35I'll show you.

00:54:03Good on, Maddie.
00:54:20Now, if you don't stop at all, you're going to walk home.

00:55:07No.
00:55:08Oh, no!
00:55:56Hey, Sheriff, please still stick to that story about a giant with two heads.
00:56:02I don't know what them fool kids seem.
00:56:05They were such animals.
00:56:08Who could have feet that big?
00:56:11Offhand, there's only one person that I know of.
00:56:14That's Andrew Norton's boy, Danny.
00:56:16Yeah, but he ain't never hurt nobody.
00:56:19No?
00:56:20Let's check him out, anyway.
00:56:57No problem.
00:56:59No problem.
00:57:00No problem.
00:57:08Roger, we've got to find him and get him back to the lab before he's discovered.
00:57:12Yeah, I know.
00:57:13Yeah, I'll take your rifle.
00:57:15As soon as I see about Linda, we'll go back out after.
00:57:36How could you have done such a thing?
00:57:38Roger, somebody's coming.
00:57:40Come on.
00:57:43Max, don't eat.
00:57:44No, no, no.
00:57:45I'll get over wherever it is.
00:57:46Max, don't eat.
00:58:09Hello, morning, Doc.
00:58:11Sure.
00:58:12Something I'd like to talk to you about.
00:58:14May I come in?
00:58:17What seems to be the problem?
00:58:19I'd like to speak with Danny.
00:58:21Danny?
00:58:24Uh, yeah, come on in.
00:58:30What about you?
00:58:32Well, the young couple was murdered not too far from here last night.
00:58:36And from the size of the footprints found in the area, they could have been Danny's.
00:58:41Oh, I don't think so, Sheriff.
00:58:43Danny and Andrew left here by last Thursday.
00:58:46Left?
00:58:47Where'd they go?
00:58:49Well, Andrew told me that he'd gotten a better job offer in Middletown.
00:58:53Oh, that's funny.
00:58:54I didn't think they'd ever leave.
00:58:56Andrew's been caretaker here ever since your father first built this place.
00:59:00Yeah.
00:59:03I'd still like to talk with Danny.
00:59:06You wouldn't happen to know the, uh, the name of, uh, Andrew's new employer.
00:59:11Oh, gee, I sure don't.
00:59:12I'm sorry.
00:59:13Well, maybe Mrs. Gerard would know.
00:59:17Well, you really hit us on a bad week because she went off to visit her relatives at the end
00:59:21of last week, also.
00:59:30I got an assistant, Max.
00:59:32I don't think you've ever met him.
00:59:33He rumbles around in there like a little kid sometimes, lashing things over.
00:59:36Well, maybe he'd know about Danny and Andrew.
00:59:38Sheriff, I'll tell you what, Max, I don't think so.
00:59:41He's kind of one of those young people who likes to really be by himself a lot.
00:59:46Well, just to say, if you don't mind, I'd still like to talk with him.
00:59:49Well, I'll call him.
00:59:51Max!
00:59:53Come on out, the, uh, the sheriff wants to speak to you for a second.
00:59:58I'll be right there, Roger.
01:00:03Roger!
01:00:25I'm sorry I can't be of more help, sheriff.
01:00:29Well, thanks anyway.
01:00:31Guess I'll be on my way so you two can get back to your work.
01:00:40I'll let you know if I hear anything more about Danny.
01:00:43Thanks, Doc.
01:00:47Thanks.
01:00:56You bitch!
01:01:13What did I want?
01:01:16What was just done?
01:01:27Oh, no.
01:01:30Just move it still.
01:01:33No.
01:01:34It's for your own good.
01:01:36No.
01:01:38No.
01:01:54Not a bad hideout.
01:01:56Sometimes I think you even have brains.
01:02:00Will my daddy get better soon?
01:02:02He'll get better.
01:02:05When can I see him?
01:02:08I told you to stop asking me all those stupid questions, otherwise you're never going to
01:02:11see him.
01:02:12Now, he told me to take care of you until he got better.
01:02:15And I mean, you're supposed to listen to me.
01:02:17Right?
01:02:18Okay.
01:02:19Let's go find something to eat.
01:02:21I'm hungry, imbecile.
01:02:35Yes.
01:02:45Hi, Rog.
01:02:46Here I am, just like I promised.
01:02:48You don't look so surprised. It's only me.
01:02:50Look, I'm right in the middle of a very important experiment right now, Ken.

01:25:40You know, sometimes too much imagination can then destroy a man, deputy.
01:26:09We never could say we cared, no matter how much we shared, too many times the thunder calls the rain.
01:26:27It's incredible that we can't simply open wide all the happiness that we keep bottled up inside.
01:26:46The pleasure and pain we feel would suddenly be more real to fear the night.
01:26:58We never see the stars. It's incredible how much we really are.
01:27:29We never see the stars.
01:27:30The stars, the stars, the stars, the stars, the stars...
01:27:37The stars, the stars, the stars, the stars, the stars...
