The Square Set — Those Many Feelings 1972 (South Africa, Progressive Rock)

Those Many Feelings is the fourth and final album by the South African band The Square Set, released in 1972 by the Gallo record label (SGALP 1657). The music on the album is in the progressive rock and psychedelic rock of the time.

The Square Set formed in the mid-1960s in South Africa. They started out playing beat and pop music (scoring success with the album Silence Is Golden in 1967), but over the years their sound became heavier and more experimental. For the recording of Those Many Feelings in 1972, the band added Johnny Boshoff on bass and Tony Moore on drums. Today, this album is considered a classic and rare example of 70s South African progressive rock
