This is the moment an alleged fare dodger was stopped in his tracks by a TfL revenue inspector at a north London train station. Dramatic footage shows the passenger attempting to barge through the barriers at Enfield Town train station without paying for his journey. The TfL officer is seen halting the fare-dodging passenger at the terminus, blocking his path through the gate as the passenger attempts to break through. The inspector is seen with two hands on the gate as he tells the passenger repeatedly to “go back”. The passenger is then forced to retreat as he is jostled back towards the platform. The passenger can be heard exclaiming: “I understand that but stop putting your hands on me, bro.”
