00:00Oui, oui. Trump just landed in Paris after the G7-47 swung through the French capital to commemorate America 250.
00:09The Treaty of Paris ended the Revolutionary War.
00:12They toasted the occasion in the world's largest royal palace.
00:16We're going to Versailles for dinner with some of Europe's great people, and we'll see how that works out.
00:23I think it'll be very good.
00:25And the president will be there with Madame, and I think we're going to have a good time.
00:30The president signed another treaty at dinner. More on that in a sec.
00:34But the Europeans are already telling 47 merci.
00:39You've seen European leaders interact very warmly with you at the summit.
00:43Do you think that they're coming around to your worldview?
00:45Well, I think they think I was right.
00:47I'm sort of always right.
00:50They do call him daddy, but they can also call him this.
00:55No, I'm the boss.
00:59How are you?
01:00Good, thank you.
01:02They gave the boss a big gift, the EU trade deal.
01:06We raised tariffs on him, and they dropped a bunch of tariffs on us to zero.
01:11Money's being made, and love was in the air.
01:15He was in a hotel, and I met him, and we fell in love, deeply in love.
01:22And he didn't even want to see Hillary.
01:25He said, you're going to win.
01:26I don't want to meet her.
01:27He said, you're going to win.
01:28He didn't want to see her.
01:30Remember that?
01:31The atmosphere was intoxicating.
01:34Deals seemed to turn Trump on.
01:38You know, deals are amazing.
01:40I've done them all my life.
01:42I've gone into deals that were 100%, and they don't happen.
01:46I've gone into deals that there was no chance of getting them done, and it happens, and they happen easily.
01:52So you never know with deals, do you?
01:54But you're going to find out pretty soon.
01:55I think it'll be done.
01:56They want to sign.
01:58They want to get back to a normal life.
02:04And Fox News alert.
02:05President Trump just signed the Iran deal over dinner.
02:09It's time.
02:10It's time.
02:12It's time.
02:12It's time.
02:13It's time.
02:15He said it.
02:16They snapped a pic of the sheet and emailed it to the gay Ayatollah.
02:20Without Wi-Fi, you'll probably get it Friday.
02:23And primetime just got our hands on the deal.
02:28We've read it three times.
02:29It's only two pages.
02:30The headline, Iran's nuke program is over forever.
02:36The mullahs have agreed at the very least that their enriched uranium stockpiles will be destroyed on site
02:43and that the International Atomic Energy Agency, which means us, will supervise.
02:48Since Iran can't dig it out, we'd be the ones doing it.
02:52They only get sanctions relief after the dust is destroyed.
02:56And if Iran backs out, they've still agreed that they'll maintain the current status quo of their nuclear program.
03:03And the status quo is they have no nuke program.
03:08The uranium's buried.
03:10The centrifuges shattered.
03:12And their scientists are all dead.
03:13So, status quo is still bueno.
03:17Even then, Iran agreed to this.
03:19Quote, we shall not procure or develop nuclear weapons.
03:24And if Iran so much as comes near the sites, it'll be trouble.
03:28We have Space Force cameras on every single door, every single door.
03:33Well, there are no doors.
03:34They've been pretty well shattered.
03:36But every area of that.
03:37If somebody walks in and he's got a badge with his name on it, like Mohammed something,
03:43which is about a 50-50 guess, Mohammed something, they can tell the name, they can give you a serial
03:50number.
03:51Moving on.
03:52The strait immediately opens.
03:54No attacks, no tolls.
03:56And we slowly lift the blockade.
03:59Iran's allowed to sell oil again.
04:01That means two things.
04:03One, the price of oil is going to fall.
04:05So will gas prices and inflation here.
04:07And two, China can't buy sanctioned Iranian oil at a discount anymore.
04:12They have to pay full price.
04:14Oil closed today in the 70s, which was the exact same price it traded at before the war.
04:20So we're back.
04:22And here's where it gets a little cute.
04:23It says after 60 days, Iran can talk to Oman and the Gulf states about how to manage the strait
04:29under international law.
04:31Now, people are saying that that means Iran can go back to tolling.
04:34No.
04:35Tolling the strait is illegal under international law.
04:38And the Gulf states would never agree to tolling.
04:41They just put that language in there so that Iran can save face.
04:45And this just in.
04:46For the first time since the start of the war, Iran didn't fire at a single vessel in the strait.
04:53It's a pretty good signal.
04:54Next, there's going to be a $300 billion fund where Gulf neighbors, not us, Gulf neighbors, will invest in rebuilding
05:02Iran.
05:04Any relief they receive under this deal, they'll have to get based on merit.
05:08And it won't be from us.
05:10We don't have to give them anything.
05:11But some people may want to invest.
05:13Like, what are you going to do?
05:14Say you can never, ever invest in a country?
05:17I mean, it's pretty tough.
05:18They need investment because we did a trillion and a half, maybe $2 trillion worth of damage.
05:25So, somebody's going to have to help them out.
05:27This isn't free money.
05:29The deal says that we control who does business in Iran.
05:33Quote, we grant all required licenses, waivers, and permissions needed.
05:37That means if Iran screws around, they don't get any investments.
05:41Their country doesn't get rebuilt.
05:43Well, usually after we win wars, we like to rebuild the loser.
05:48Japan, Germany, the South, after the Civil War.
05:52When neighbors do business, they usually don't go to war because war is bad for business.
05:57That's the thinking here.
05:58Next, in terms of sanctions, the United States will only lift sanctions as a part of the final deal.
06:06That means not now.
06:07That means when the dust's been destroyed and Iran signs the final deal, which is only going to get tougher.
06:15The deal also says the United States won't be reducing our force posture until the final deal is signed.
06:22That means the two carrier strike groups remain in position, locked and loaded.
06:27Also, Iran has to keep their dog on a leash.
06:30Hezbollah has to stand down.
06:31If they attack Israel, Israel can hit back and hit back hard.
06:35But Israel, they have to behave too.
06:39We have a little dispute over Lebanon.
06:41They say you can do a little softer touch, PB.
06:44You don't have to knock down a building every time somebody walks into it that's from Hezbollah.
06:48A senior official tells Primetime that Netanyahu thinks the deal's a home run if Iran complies.
06:55But he's skeptical.
06:57Here's the bottom line.
06:58They'll never have a nuclear weapon.
07:00The straits open.
07:01The Ayatollah's dead.
07:02Their military's whipped.
07:03And we did it in three months.
07:05With no ground troops.
07:07And Mohammed's not getting a penny until he performs.
07:10And none of these pennies are even ours.
07:12And as a bonus, the United States is now the world's biggest energy exporter.
07:18And hopefully, fingers crossed, we rewired the Middle East so they make love, not war.
07:24And we don't have to babysit them.
07:27Trump actually set the stage for peace in the Middle East in his first term by bombing the hell out
07:31of ISIS and whacking Iran's top general.
07:34This was years in the making.
07:37You know why?
07:38Because I was the one that killed General Soleimani.
07:42And if I didn't kill General Soleimani, we probably wouldn't be talking right now about this deal because he was
07:48a mad genius.
07:50A lot of people forget that.
07:52The tough guys, you know, the tough guys that would drive the country right down the tubes.
07:55Then Trump terminated the Obama deal.
07:58And in his second term, the president visited the Middle East first.
08:02Remember?
08:02Beefed up the Abraham Accords.
08:04Sold the Arabs' AI.
08:06Cha-ching.
08:07And came home with trillions of American investments.
08:10Last week's airstrikes and Project Freedom sealed this deal.
08:14American deterrence is back.
08:16And the Guard lost its leverage over the strait when we started secretly shepherding tankers out.
08:22Senior U.S. officials tell Fox News that they don't trust the Iranians.
08:25They're not in the trust business.
08:27But the Iranians, in private, have been saying all the right things.
08:31Now, that doesn't mean anything.
08:32This is a performance-based deal.
08:36If they BS us, we slap back the sanctions and the blockade and maybe bombs away.
08:42If I don't like it, we'll go back to shooting at them, dropping bombs on their head.
08:49If I don't like it, if they don't behave, we'll go right back to dropping bombs right smack in the
08:56middle of their head.
08:57Now, you're hearing a lot of noise about the deal.
09:00Not everyone's going to love it.
09:01I get it.
09:01But Lindsey Graham and Rand Paul, polar opposites, both say it's good.
09:07So what happens next?
09:09The talks in Switzerland this weekend are critical.
09:12In the first 30 days, the Iranians prioritized.
09:15We'll see how serious they are.
09:17One thing's clear, the mullahs know Trump's serious.
09:21They tried to bribe their way out of it.
09:24And you know what the Iranians did?
09:26They laughed at Obama and they said he's a stupid son of a bitch.
09:30The president's no sucker.
09:32He's been a part of deals that blew up.
09:34That's why he's sending J.D.
09:37Why not stick around for the signing ceremony with this Iran peace deal?
09:43I might.
09:43You might?
09:44Yeah, I might.
09:45But I'd rather, this is a memorandum of understanding.
09:49It's very important.
09:50But it might not be the kind of a document that I should be signing.
09:55This way, if it works out, I'm going to take the credit.
09:57If it doesn't work out, I'm blaming J.D.
09:59You better be careful, J.D.
10:01He's going to turn his plane around and get the hell out of here.
10:04Yeah, I like that idea.
