00:17Detectives say the attack happened at around 6.30 in the morning on the 23rd of May.
00:23The victim suffered a skull fracture and brain injury and spent two weeks in hospital.
00:28Police believe the incident may have been racially motivated and are appealing for information about a man seen on CCTV
00:36who could assist their inquiries.
