DR Congo Ebola outbreak yet to peak, says Red Cross

The deadly Ebola outbreak in the DR Congo has yet to peak, the Red Cross says, amid mounting warnings of dangerous gaps in tackling the virus. "Clearly we are still running behind the epidemic," says Bruno Michon, the IFRC's operations manager for the outbreak. Since the outbreak was declared on May 15, 808 cases have been confirmed in the DRC, including 192 deaths, according to the latest World Health Organization figures.
