Reconnaissance Group 12 (Aufklärungsgruppe 12) was a tactical reconnaissance unit of the German Luftwaffe deployed primarily on the Eastern Front.
From June 1941 onwards as part of the attack on the Soviet Union (Operation Barbarossa) the squadrons assigned to the group (often equipped with Henschel Hs 126 or Fw 189 aircraft) flew aerial reconnaissance missions directly in support of forward army corps and Panzer divisions.
