00:04Pretty much a late check-in is anything maybe after 6 p.m.
00:08Rooms are basically inventory.
00:10So what they'll do is they'll probably overbook
00:12by 3% to 5%.
00:15And now every property's a little bit different
00:16as far as their cancellation or change rates.
00:19So that's obviously determined ahead of time.
00:21So they'll kind of play within this window.
00:24Most of the time people end up canceling
00:26and so it ends up being a wash
00:27and you're totally perfect at 100%.
00:29But on the rare circumstances
00:31that everybody ends up showing up,
00:33what they'll do is they will end up walking people
00:36to a similar type of property not too far away.
