00:00The Steerside Enforcement Team have seized more than 3,000 vehicles in Bradford since
00:05forming in May 2018. Unregistered cars and motorbikes have been seized for antisocial
00:11or illegal use, including being driven without insurance or the correct licence. The enforcement
00:17activity supports the West Yorkshire Vision Zero aim to reduce all road deaths and serious
00:23injuries to zero by 2040. Bradford Council's Executive Member for Neighbourhoods,
00:29Councillor Ian Walker, said anyone who drives at excessive speeds, uses a mobile device while
00:35driving, or drives in an antisocial, careless or dangerous manner, is likely to have their
00:40vehicle seized, be fined or receive penalty points.
