00:01Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal road traffic collision in Bradford.
00:05Officers were called to reports that a pedestrian was involved in a collision with a heavy goods vehicle on Harrogate
00:11Road towards Killinghall Road at around 5.20pm on Wednesday the 15th of April.
00:17A short while later, officers received a call that the body of a woman had been found on Neville Road.
00:24Sadly, the 77-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
00:29Extensive inquiries are ongoing by the major collision inquiry team.
00:34A 55-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
00:39He has since been bailed pending further inquiries.
