00:00We're delighted to open Wuruya today, so 27 new homes, including 12 new social and 15 new affordable homes.

00:24so we're really looking to have a mix of key workers, women-led households and, of course, social housing tenants
00:31who really will benefit from this lovely location that we've got, which is, of course, close to local services,
00:37close to transport, to all the things that we hope will make sure this is a really great living experience
00:42for the people who end up living here.
00:44So the application process for social housing will, of course, be allocated directly from the Housing Pathways waitlist,
00:50and the affordable homes will be offered.
00:53They go through a fairly similar process to market, so if you are interested, do keep your eye on the
00:58Housing Trust website.
00:59They'll be coming up shortly and through normal platforms like realestate.com.
