00:00Well, this is something that the Prime Minister has wanted to do for a long time.
00:04Russia is in part financing its war in Ukraine by operating vessels through British waters and others,
00:13transporting goods that would otherwise be banned, particularly oil,
00:18and that is helping to finance their ongoing war effort.
00:22The Prime Minister has been really clear that we've got to try and disrupt that.
00:25It's not an easy thing to do. This is the first that we've managed.
00:30But I do want to pay tribute to the people who went out and managed to pull off what is
00:36quite a stunning achievement
00:38and to board and detain this vessel while we were all sleeping soundly in our beds.
00:44We hope that it will be the first of many.
