00:00So first I'll jump into Photos. I have a few photos that I've been wanting to edit.
00:04This one specifically is a great example of when we've got this really busy building in the background
00:08and we don't want that right by her head distracting.
00:11So I can just tap on Edit, Tools, and now you'll see you have these new options.
00:16And in this instance I can select Rebrane.
00:19Now it's using an on-device spatial model to create this ability to do this preview.
00:24And so now I can move this photo around in any direction to basically reframe how this photo was taken.
00:34So in this instance I really don't want that building right by her head so I'm kind of moving her
00:38over here.
00:39And that looks good to me so I'll tap Reframe.
00:42Now it's taking the original photo as well as this 3D model and sending it off to Private Cloud Compute
00:49to basically generate and fill in just the gaps that we've created by reframing the photo.
00:54And so it won't do anything to the original photo so that way it stays consistent with the image that
01:02we wanted to have.
01:03It just is basically filling in those gaps.
01:07It's going off to Private Cloud Compute.
01:09Exactly.
01:10That's exactly right.
01:11There it's done.
01:11Yep.
01:12And so now you can see even these complex blades of brass here are showing even to that level of
01:18detail.
01:18And you can like tap to show the original?
01:20Mm-hmm.
01:21Yeah.
01:22So yeah, definitely give it a try.
01:23Tap that.
01:24Oh, okay, great.
01:25Tap back and forth.
01:26Yep.
01:27And then the other part, the other photo.
01:29Yeah.
01:29So then we have another one that is great to show extend because extend is really about adding more space
01:34around your subject.
01:35So again, I'll tap edit.
01:37I'll go to my schools here and here I'll just tap extend.
01:41Now I can move any of these crop handles.
01:43In this instance, I just want more space around him so I'm just going to zoom out and then tap
01:48extend.
01:49And I can actually do this from crop.
01:52So say I have a crooked image that I want to be straight.
01:55I can actually do that adjustment within crop and that'll fill in the gaps there.
01:59This one again is going to PCC to fill in the gaps that we've created around him by doing that
02:04kind of zoom out.
02:06And then you can even also do this from the lock screen as well.
02:09So if you have a lock screen image you really want to fit, then you can actually do that adjustment
02:13from there.
02:14So yeah, from here we've got this great image that filled in all of these complex details in the background.
