00:00Meanwhile, in Major League Baseball, one of the primary matchups of the night includes one of the favorites to win
00:06the National League, Cy Young.
00:07That's Jacob Mizorowski pitching for the Milwaukee Brewers.
00:11Is this a playoff preview? Possibly.
00:13It's June, so we certainly don't know exactly.
00:16But as you can see, Joe, Milwaukee is just a huge favorite tonight at home, minus 235.
00:22The total is seven and a half.
00:24And the reason why this line is what it is isn't so much even as Mizorowski.
00:27It's the fact that the Phillies have a big problem in their rotation.
00:31Andrew Painter has been the one guy every five days.
00:35I know eventually, Joe, he's going to be a great pitcher in the big leagues, but he's the one guy
00:38right now that's struggling to get outs.
00:40Yeah, it has not been good, but the bats have been good for the Phillies here.
00:46And listen, they're going to give they're going to give a miss, I think, a run for his money.
00:49But you nailed it, Craig. I mean, minus 250. Stop it.
00:53You know, the Phillies aren't going away anytime.
00:56They've got a ton of experience in that lineup there.
00:59I do think and they've been playing really, really well, swinging the bat much better.
01:04And anytime you got figures that you need a Yankee in order to actually turn the Phillies around.
01:09Mattingly has done an amazing job since getting the getting the call there.
01:13And I think they're going to give this. This has got run line written all over it to me.
01:19I'll take the run and a half. I'll take the Phillies lineup because at some point he's going to have
01:24to come out.
01:24That bullpen is going to have to come in here.
01:26And as long as they can limit the damage somewhat here, I think the Phillies are alive in this one.
01:33The Braves take on the Mets. One team going one way and the other going another.
01:37That's been the story all season long.
01:39Mets started to play a little bit better, by the way, but really not making a ton of progress in
01:43the standings.
01:44Spencer Strider starts for Atlanta.
01:46When the Mets win, it's usually this guy pitching.
01:50And that's Nolan McClain.
01:52He starts tonight.
01:52But as you can see, the Braves are just super tough.
01:55So you can't make New York that big.
01:56A favorite total eight and a half tonight at Citi Field.
02:01You know, they waited so long to call that game last night in Chicago with the White Sox,
02:07who are about to sweep the Braves, if you can believe that.
02:10But they waited a long time for that.
02:13Chicago now has to fly out west to begin a West Coast series there.
02:17And Atlanta had to leave late to go play the Mets here today.
02:22I think the Braves are certainly going to benefit from not having to play yesterday
02:27because it was getting a little rough there in Chicago.
02:29But I think they can exhale.
02:31They've done a great job of handling the Mets.
02:33Although McClain has bounced back.
02:35He had a couple of rough starts there to end the month in May.
02:39Nice start his last time out, although against the Padres, I don't think the Mets won.
02:43There's a shocker.
02:44But I think the Braves, at this price, certainly worth taking a look at here tonight at Citi Field.
02:51All right.
02:51Let's go.
02:51All right.
