00:10made a strong denunciation of the economic blockade imposed by the United States
00:15and its severe effects on workers.
00:17In this regard, the minister asserted that the United States' silence aims
00:22to suffocate the Cuban population and cause a humanitarian crisis.
00:26He gave a detailed description of the effects of Washington's measures on health, education
00:32and decent living conditions for workers.
00:35However, far from giving it into such aggressions, he detailed the exceptional measures
00:41that the revolutionary state has implemented to protect the working class,
00:46including job relocation, a 100% guarantee of wages and other effective forms of protection for them.
