00:15She's a very bitty girl with very big possibilities
00:20She may be small, but no task is too tall
00:25For Strawberry Shortcake
00:41You get it now
00:43Oh, I got it
00:44Oh, I got it
00:45Oh, I got it
00:47Oh, I got it
00:48Oh, I got it
00:54Oh, I got it
00:58Oh, I got it
01:05Oh, I got it
01:12Oh, I got it
01:16No, I got it
01:22Can I play, too?
01:23Sure, Orange!
01:25Come on!
01:25Yip-yip!
01:33Come on!
01:38Let's go find more dandelions!
01:40I've got an idea!
01:48Now what do we do, Orange?
01:50You'll see!
01:59There!
02:00There you go, Orange!
02:01Thanks, Raspberry!
02:03It's perfect!
02:04But I still don't understand what it's for.
02:06This!
02:10Wow!
02:16That looks like so much fun!
02:36Oh, perfect!
02:39Thanks, Lemon!
02:41Another satisfied customer!
02:44Uh-oh!
02:49Why?
02:55Yeah!
02:58Cool!
03:00Wow!
03:01Wow!
03:03Yeah!
03:03No!
03:04Oh!
03:05Yeah!
03:05Come on!
03:06Yeah!
03:10Wow!
03:11Even if you're here!
03:12Let's use the gazebo as one of the goals.
03:16And for the other...
03:18Oh, how about that daisy over there?
03:20The droopy one.
03:21That's perfect!
03:23Now all we need are some...
03:26...preferes!
03:44Maybe this game needs a no-standing-on-each-other's-shoulders rule.
03:48I know what it needs!
03:54Hey, boring!
03:57That's not fair!
04:00Wait, can you do that?
04:02There's no rule against it!
04:04In fact, I haven't made up any rules yet!
04:14Well, then in that case...
04:38Okay, one pogo stick is no match for two birds.
04:44Okay, one pogo stick is no match for two birds.
04:46Hey, let's go!
04:50Whoa!
04:53Yay!
04:55Yay!
05:00Yay!
05:01Wow!
05:09Phew!
05:10It's getting late.
05:12I'd better be getting back to the cafe.
05:14Ah, huh!
05:14And I'd better get back to my store.
05:16Ah, same here.
05:18Me too.
05:20What a fun day this has been.
05:22This is a great game you invented, Orange.
05:24What do you call it?
05:25Uh, I don't know.
05:27It's a ball stuffed with dandelion fluff.
05:30So how about we call it...
05:32Dandy Ball!
05:33Yes, Dandy Ball! Great!
05:36Way to go, Orange! Great idea!
05:38I love it!
05:44Ever so carefully, the little Berry can tiptoe up the stairs of the track.
05:58Great block!
06:04Wait! We're not finished with story time!
06:09Hi, Blueberry!
06:10Uh, hi, Strawberry.
06:12Okay if we had story time in here this morning?
06:14Sure.
06:15But it's such a beautiful day outside.
06:18It's, um, a little busy outside.
06:20Well, what do you mean?
06:27I can't imagine a more perfect day for a needle-pointing picnic.
06:42Hi, Blueberry!
06:43Hello!
06:46Aren't you needle-pointing today?
06:47Well, we got so caught up in the excitement of Dandy Ball.
06:51So, we thought maybe we'd finish our picnic in here.
06:55So, you know, we won't get distracted.
07:08Hi, Plum.
07:09Hi, Strawberry.
07:10I was wondering if I could ask a favor.
07:13Of course.
07:14What do you need?
07:15I need some help clearing part of the meadow.
07:17Sure.
07:18I'd be glad to help.
07:20Huh?
07:24So, what are we clearing this for, Plum?
07:26So I'll have space to use for my dance recital.
07:29Wait a minute.
07:30I thought the dance recital was going to be near the gazebo.
07:33It was.
07:34But with Dandy Ball being so popular, I thought it'd be easier to just move.
07:40Hmm.
07:42There's plenty of room outside for everyone.
07:45Dandy Ball shouldn't be getting in anybody's way.
07:48And there should be plenty of room to play Dandy Ball, too.
07:52Right.
07:52Everyone should be able to enjoy themselves and the outdoors with just a bit of planning.
07:59Oh, yeah.
08:00Of course.
08:00Good idea.
08:02So, who should do the planning?
08:04I'd volunteer, but I have to finish the costumes for Plum's recital first.
08:09That's right.
08:10Hmm.
08:11And I need to practice.
08:14Who would be good?
08:15Well, since I was the one who sort of got the ball rolling.
08:20Make that floating.
08:25Maybe I should be the one to figure out a way to keep things fair for everybody.
08:30Maybe I could figure out, oh, I don't know, some sort of schedule.
08:35Oh, what about Lemon?
08:37Me?
08:37Yeah.
08:39You schedule appointments all day, and the problem here seems to be all about scheduling.
08:45Huh.
08:45I guess it is about scheduling.
08:48Okay.
08:49I'll give it a try.
08:54Is that okay with you, Orange?
08:56You did volunteer first.
08:58Oh, no problem.
09:00I think Raspberry's right.
09:02Lemon will do a really good job.
09:04Besides, I'm pretty busy with my store right now.
09:08And with the new game, I've kind of gotten behind.
09:11I'll see you later.
09:12Okay, Orange.
09:14See you later.
09:17All right.
09:19Oh, good shot.
09:24Time is up.
09:25You're next, Blueberry?
09:27Great.
09:33Once upon a time, there was a big baby Berrykin who loved to do somersaults.
09:39Mmm.
09:40I love that story.
09:54What's going on?
09:55How come everyone is just standing around?
09:57We're waiting for Blueberry's hour to be up so we can play again.
10:02Oh.
10:04Where is Blueberry?
10:05Oh, she finished a while ago.
10:07And went back to her store.
10:09So why don't you just go ahead and play?
10:11Lemon's schedule says we can't until Blueberry's hour is up.
10:15But that doesn't make...
10:17Come on, guys.
10:18We'll have an hour.
10:20Let's go.
10:24This doesn't seem quite right.
10:29Hi, everyone.
10:30Oh, hi, Strawberry.
10:31Hey, Strawberry.
10:33Is Lemon around?
10:38Huh?
10:39Hi, Lemon.
10:40How's it going?
10:42Oh, fine, fine.
10:43Almost got this worked out, I think.
10:45One hour for watering plants, one for tasting jam.
10:48You know, Lemon, maybe an hour is too long for some activities
10:52and too short for some others.
10:55Huh?
10:55Oh, what do you mean?
10:56Well, I didn't need a whole hour to read to the Berrykins.
11:01And the Berrykins needed more than an hour to play dandy ball.
11:04Gee, I hadn't thought of it that way.
11:06I'm used to making salon appointments by the hour.
11:09I know I can figure this out, but it's taking forever.
11:12I don't have any time to do my hair appointments.
11:15Maybe someone else could take over while I get caught up?
11:20Well, I'm pretty busy, but I suppose...
11:23Oh, oh, you know who'd be good at this?
11:26Blueberry.
11:26Plum's right.
11:28Me?
11:29Well, yeah.
11:30Now that I think about it.
11:32Research, detail, figuring out numbers.
11:34Those are things you're really good at.
11:37Well, I do enjoy those things.
11:41Okay, I'll do my very best.
11:44Oh, thank you.
11:45This is great.
11:46Here, I'll help you move all the papers.
11:58Are you okay with Blueberry taking over the scheduling?
12:01Oh, sure.
12:02It's the kind of thing she's good at.
12:04She's bound to figure out what's best for everyone.
12:07Oh, I still have lots to do in the store.
12:10Better get back to it!
12:11Bye!
12:12Bye, Orange!
12:21Ah-ha!
12:22Just as I thought.
12:29Yes, I think that's it!
12:32The longitudinal lines have days of the week.
12:35Rectangles represent dandy ball.
12:37Here's quilting a square.
12:39Story time for the baby barrikins is a hexagon.
12:42Plum's dance recitals are circles.
12:44The book fair, two squares.
12:50Well, now, that takes care of 9 o'clock Tuesday morning.
12:53Now, on to Wednesday.
12:55Uh, hang on.
12:57This is Monday.
12:58Oh, hang on.
12:59Uh, ha-ha-ha.
13:01Well, um, that concludes the presentation portion of my, um, presentation.
13:07But, I made a copy of everyone's schedules in handy pocket size,
13:12so you can always carry it around.
13:14Here you go.
13:15This is for you.
13:16Here's yours.
13:18Uh, here you are.
13:19Here you go.
13:20This is yours.
13:21One for you, and one for you, and...
13:24Well, this is really... great, Blueberry!
13:28Lots of, um, details.
13:31And so... thorough.
13:34But I don't mind telling you.
13:35Figuring this out was a bit more complicated than I thought.
13:38I'm sure it'll work out just fine once everyone gets the hang of it.
13:50What's going on?
13:51It's supposed to be my turn for the book fair.
13:55I thought I got to have my gymnastics class now.
13:58But they all think they get to do their activities now.
14:01My turn!
14:03Not fair.
14:04It says right here that...
14:05I checked twice.
14:06I know it's my turn.
14:09Hang on.
14:10I'll be right back.
14:16Okay.
14:17Uh, it's here somewhere.
14:19That's not it.
14:21Aha!
14:21The outdoors gets used now for...
14:24Jadeybug's surprise birthday party.
14:27My birthday isn't for two more months!
14:30Wait!
14:30What surprise party?
14:32I know it's here.
14:34I just saw it.
14:36I'm sorry, everyone.
14:39Listen.
14:39We all like dandy balls.
14:41Right? So for now, let's all play, and I'll try to figure out a better schedule.
14:47Why not?
14:48Might as well.
14:49Lovely idea.
14:50Yeah, a better schedule.
14:52That's great.
14:53Wow, this was trickier than I thought.
14:56I think I can straighten out the rest of the day, but maybe one of you could give it a
15:01try after that.
15:02How about you, Raspberry?
15:04Oh, well, I'd be happy to try, but I think the perfect person is...
15:13You, Strawberry!
15:15After all, you schedule activities in the cafe.
15:18Maybe, but I wonder if Orange shouldn't give it a try first.
15:23Huh, Orange?
15:25Sure, why not?
15:27Oh, no, no, no, no, no. It's not that we don't think she can do it.
15:30Oh, no, I mean, she's great at thinking fast.
15:33Excellent.
15:34But sometimes she kind of...
15:36Uh, jumps into things?
15:38Yeah, and she's never had to do this kind of planning before.
15:42None of us have had to do this kind of planning before.
15:45I think if we give Orange a chance, she'll surprise everyone, including herself.
15:55Hi, everyone.
15:57What's going on?
15:58Well, Strawberry had this idea,
16:01and we wanted to know what you think of it.
16:04Her idea is that maybe you should try to organize the outdoor areas.
16:09I don't know if I would be good at that kind of thing.
16:13Planning, organizing...
16:15Scheduling?
16:16And I really do have a lot of work in the store right now.
16:19What work do you have to do, Orange?
16:21Well, I have to keep track of what people have bought so that I know what I have to reorder.
16:26I have to figure out where to put everything I've ordered once it comes in.
16:30And I have to put everything in its special place on the shelf so that everyone can find what they're
16:34looking for.
16:35Then I have to do my weekly calendar, you know, where I schedule which days I clean the store,
16:40which days I start the shelves.
16:42Sounds like a lot of planning, organizing, and scheduling.
16:46Oh, it is.
16:47That's why I don't have much time to...
16:50What are you all smiling about?
16:53Because everything you just said is about planning and organizing and scheduling.
17:00Exactly the kind of planning, organizing, and scheduling the community areas need.
17:05And I should know.
17:11Oh, hi, everyone.
17:13Oh, this seemed like a pretty big job at first.
17:16But I realized it was just like working in my store.
17:20I had to start with one activity, then move on to the others.
17:24But why didn't I think of that?
17:26So I broke it into smaller jobs.
17:28And the first job was to organize the game of Dandy Ball.
17:33Of course.
17:34That makes so much sense.
17:37So, I set up six teams.
17:40Everyone can sign up to be on a team over there.
17:43I'm going to be on the orange team, naturally.
17:46I figured out how long it usually takes to play one game.
17:50Then added how many games we have to play a week to finish a month-long season.
17:56So, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are Dandy Ball days.
18:00I worked out the whole season.
18:02There's even a championship.
18:04Oh, yay!
18:07Once I had the game figured out, I was able to fit everything else into the rest of the week.
18:11Yes!
18:13Here's Raspberry's fashion show.
18:18Oh, that's perfect.
18:20Two hours is just the right amount of time I need to set up.
18:23And these are perfect times for story reading.
18:26The baby barrikins are awake.
18:28All my gymnastics classes are scheduled for when the breeze is nice and cool.
18:33And here are the smaller versions of the schedule.
18:39Well, Orange, it looks like you thought of everything.
18:41We wish we could have been more helpful.
18:44You can be.
18:45There are a few things we could still use.
18:47Oh, hey!
18:49Those teams will need uniforms.
18:51I can definitely design them.
18:53And Dandy Ball should have a rule book.
18:56I've always wanted to write an official rule book.
18:59Oh, the team should have someone to cheer them on.
19:01I'll go work up some cheerleading routines.
19:05Oh, wow, Orange.
19:08I'm so sorry we ever questioned whether you could do this.
19:11I questioned it, too.
19:13It was Strawberry who got me to realize I could do it.
19:17The only way to find out what you can do well is to give it a try.
19:21Or to find out what you don't do so well.
19:30Orange, wait up!
19:34You were amazing!
19:35I'm just glad I could help.
19:37That's why I wanted to talk to you.
19:39Maybe you could help me reorganize the post office.
19:43Sure, Chittybuck. I'd be glad to.
19:45Orange, I need to ask a favor.
19:48Certainly, Princess.
19:49What can I do for you?
19:51I wonder if you could help get the Barryworks to run a bit more smoothly.
19:56I'll certainly give it a try.
19:58Right after I help Chittybuck with the post office.
20:01There you are.
20:02I've been trying to come up with a better way to sort all the books in my store.
20:06Maybe you could...
20:07Help you organize?
20:09Sure.
20:09Right after I help Chittybuck and Princess Barry.
20:17I mean, right after one more game of Dabbyball!
20:21Come on!
20:22Yeah!
20:33Try your way to the top.
20:35Once you start, you'll never stop.
20:38And if you fall, get up and go again.
20:42When we do our best, that's what counts.
20:45Forget the rest.
20:46We can all be champions here and now.
20:52Time for you to show the world.
20:56You can shine.
20:59Never, ever, ever say never.
21:03Don't give up on what you believe.
21:08Never, ever, ever, ever say never.
21:11Cause you've got a dare to dream.
21:16I don't have to know it all to know that one thing is for sure.
21:20Don't ever, ever, ever, ever give up on what you believe.
21:36Surprise!
21:38In a place called Ponyville, anything can happen.
21:40Really?
21:41Come on!
21:42It's where adventure arrives at a full gallop.
21:44Let's go!
21:45And where friendship comes with something extra.
21:48Magic!
21:49My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic.
21:51All new Friday at 1.30 p.m. Eastern, 10.30 a.m. Pacific.
21:55Only on The Hub.
