Aline Ouriques shared with her followers a typical recipe for cold June days: quentão with gemada, in a non-alcoholic version. In a video posted on social media, she appeared in a relaxed mood while preparing the hot drink, which is traditional during June festivals and well known in southern Brazil.

“My love, it’s so chilly, isn’t it?” Aline joked at the beginning of the video. She explained that she decided to make the drink while waiting for a note and emphasized that she chose a non-alcoholic version. According to her, the result was “delicious” and matched perfectly with the rainy and cold weather.

During the video, Aline said that quentão with gemada is very common in Rio Grande do Sul, especially among families of Italian and German descent. She also recalled that she used to drink it at a friend’s house, where it was prepared by her friend’s grandmother, and said the recipe brings a warm, nostalgic feeling.

With the arrival of June and the festive June festival atmosphere, the post drew attention for its simple, homemade tone. Aline took the moment to celebrate the season of traditional foods and drinks, saying that there is nothing better than a little quentão to warm up.

The video also reinforced the sense of closeness with her followers, a common feature of Aline’s posts, as she often shares everyday moments with naturalness and good humor. The scene quickly connected with those who also enjoy traditional recipes and family memories linked to winter.
