00:11Ever since Tony Stark publicly revealed that he is Iron Man,
00:14everyone has wanted a suit of armor like his.
00:16Even the government demands that he hand over his suits and all related technology,
00:19claiming it's for public safety.
00:20But Tony doesn't buy it at all.
00:22He simply fires back.
00:23I am Iron Man.
00:24The suit and I are one.
00:26What nobody realizes, however, is that Iron Man is already running out of time.
00:30His arc reactor is keeping him alive using palladium.
00:32But the same element is slowly poisoning his body.
00:34The more he uses the suit, the faster the toxin spreads.
00:37Without a replacement element, the device will eventually kill him.
00:39Realizing he is nearing the end, Tony begins preparing for the worst.
00:42He hands control of his company to Pepper and decides to spend what might be his final days in peace.
00:46During one of his training sessions with Happy Hogan, a stunning woman walks in.
00:49Both men are instantly stunned.
00:50Tony lets her spar with Happy and even tells him to go easy on her.
00:57He is clearly impressed and even considers hiring her as his assistant.
01:00But Pepper firmly rejects the idea.
01:01As time passes, the toxin level in Tony's body spikes to 53% and his condition deteriorates rapidly.
01:06So he starts to live recklessly, trying to enjoy whatever time he has left.
01:09He takes Pepper to a racetrack, secretly puts on a racing suit, and tries to find freedom and speed.
01:13But he has no idea that danger is already closing in.
01:16Ivan steps onto the track holding two electric whips.
01:18With a single strike, he shatters Tony's race car instantly.
01:20Without his suit, Tony is completely helpless against Ivan and can only barely escape his attacks.
01:24Just in time, Happy Hogan arrives to assist, and Pepper manages to deliver the armor to Tony.
01:35Once suited up, Iron Man regains his strength and fires repulsor blasts.
01:39But Ivan easily counters them with his whips.
01:41Tony's armor is restrained and heavily damaged, but he remains calm.
01:43He endures the electricity, closes in step by step, and flips Ivan over his shoulder, ripping out the arc reactor
01:48from his chest.
01:48Seeing the identical core in his hand, Tony is completely shocked.
01:52Determined to survive, Tony returns to his mansion and goes on a rampage,
01:55smashing through walls and breaking floors to build a particle accelerator inside his home.
01:58Among his father's old blueprints, he discovers the design for a brand new element.
02:01This element is stable, powerful, and completely non-toxic.
02:04The only thing that can save his life.
02:06When the accelerator is activated, the new element is successfully synthesized.
02:09Tony replaces his arc reactor, and the poison in his body is completely removed.
02:12Iron Man not only survives, but becomes even more powerful than before.
