00:43The Dallas Stars have unveiled a first look at a proposed $1 billion arena and entertainment district in Plano, Texas.
00:51The project would move the franchise from downtown Dallas into Collin County.
00:54They're not doing this because it's like, oh, I found a nice way to land.
