00:30In the three years of this annual study, feelings of stress and dislike for school have both risen by more

00:37There are also signs of growing isolation.
00:4018 percent of respondents said their biggest worry was not having enough time to spend on their phone,
00:45and over half said that they prefer being at home on their phone to going out with friends.
00:50While 34 percent still said that they would seek out friends first when they feel down or have a secret,
00:5423 percent to keep problems to themselves.
00:57And more would be willing to discuss problems with AI than talk to their father or teacher,
01:02though they would be more willing to confide in their mothers, siblings or online friends.
