00:00Day 10 after chemo.
00:05Another trip to A&E.
00:14Most of the day, sleep. I've got cream for thrush all in my nose, all in my mouth,
00:25my ears, my head. I've been constantly on the toilet. I had no, there's no strength left.
00:49In my head, I thought there may be a break after maybe a week after chemo. So this is the
01:01effects that the chemo have had on the body. So basically the chemo kills everything,
01:06including the lining of my stomach.
01:13And there is no strength and there is no...
01:21It just feels like you're as vulnerable as a baby. It's very difficult to be around people,
01:30like being around noises. I'm so sensitive. I still can't taste anything or eat anything.
01:40My stable diet is six eggs and plain crisps and plain bread.
01:49And it just feels really tough today. It just feels really...
01:59difficult to deep, to dig deep.
02:05Without the help of the ladies that I'm in contact with on Instagram,
02:13when I do go in to A&E and see doctors, I rely on their help and their guidance for
02:22what they've been
02:24prescribed to advise the doctors in A&E.
02:28So thank you ladies for saving my life today.
02:38Being day 10, my son had to go to a wedding and I thought I'd be absolutely fine at home
02:43alone and
02:46obviously when I rang my triage team, I had to go into A&E today. So without the help of
02:52my neighbour,
02:52Robbie, who has no end of times, I've had to call him for things,
02:58who had to get out of bed to get me to A&E. And then we had hours in A
03:03&E, then given a prescription
03:08to which then we couldn't find when we got it to a chemist, they hadn't got it in. So then
03:14he went
03:15on his motorbike to some other chemist to try and get all the prescription. And this is just something
03:20that we just have to do. I guess they don't give you every prescription
03:32that they think might happen. I don't know, is this because of money? I don't know. But this is
03:42really painful. And I was just looking forward to having to stop inject anymore and not stop having
03:47the bone marrow pain to then have these extra setbacks really, which it seems to be from what
03:58I hear from you survivors that you have done on your own and survived this. You're just incredible.
