Bank Managers Bonuses

Prime Minister Gordon Brown promised to prevent bank bosses from receiving huge bonuses, yet the Head of the U.K. Treasury says it is unenforceable in practice, and that bonuses would be handed out regardless of a bank's performance failures. The G20 leaders have met in London to discuss the economic recession, many won't comment on the bank bonuses situation.
