Vice President Bi-khim Hsiao has arrived in Palau on her first trip to one of Taiwan's diplomatic allies since taking office. She was greeted on arrival by her Palaun counterpart Raynold Oilouch. During her five-day visit, Hsiao is set to check up on some of Taiwan’s local development projects and tour some popular scenic spots.
