00:00What do you know about the world of investing today might have been useful back in the late 80s, early

00:09Well, every investor, if they're honest, will say that their biggest mistakes were what they sold.
00:15And so, you know, I would say that I've always put all my money in the funds, and I think
00:24that's the right alignment.
00:26But I realize now, which I didn't realize then, that there's some real differences, which is that, you know, in
00:32the funds, we have to really think about diversification.
00:37If each time I bought a stock in the funds, I bought it in my own name instead of putting
00:42my money in the funds and buying it, I probably would have just left it alone for the last 30
00:46years, and it would have done very well.
