00:04So over here you can see that I have a presentation and let's say you want to
00:09make sure that the presentation don't have any technical errors. So if you want
00:13to make sure of it you can simply go to the file menu and then go to info and
00:17here you can see that inspect presentation is an option. So once you
00:21go around over here you can click on inspect right here but before that you
00:25need to go ahead and save your presentation right here. So let's just
00:29go ahead right here and save it inside a folder right here and over here you can
00:34see that you can inspect whether it has all of these things like ink, like off-slide
00:38content and so forth. Inspect it and you can see that it is actually finding out
00:43comments on your slide. So for your final slide you may not want to add comments so
00:48you can go ahead and remove this right here. Then you've got document properties
00:51right here. You can see that the following document properties file was found like
00:55document properties and then authors. You can remove these out as well. Then you can
01:00even see like this customer XML data. You can go ahead and remove this
01:04as well and re-inspect right here just like this and then you can see that you
01:09got fewer errors right here. And if you still want the document properties right here
01:14it says the following document was found. Picture crop information so you can go
01:17ahead and then re-inspect it out right here just like this as you want and
01:23everything will be technically ready. So that is how you can go ahead and then
01:28make sure that your presentation is technically correct in PowerPoint. So I
01:34hope you found this video useful. Be sure to hit the like button. Don't forget to
