Gatchalian: No Blue Ribbon hearing today; flood control probe resumes June 8

Acting Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian clarified that no hearing of the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee is scheduled on Wednesday, June 4, stressing that there is no effort to block the panel's investigation into alleged flood control anomalies.   While senators remain free to enter the Senate building, resource persons will not be allowed inside. Gatchalian said the inquiry will resume on June 8 under the committee's new chairman, Sen. Erwin Tulfo.
